Having experienced God’s work for several years, most people realize that it is by understanding the truth that one can truly know himself, and that only when one has truly understood the truth will he begin to truly know himself. The true meaning of knowing oneself is to know the substance of one’s satanic nature and his true corrupt condition, for every corrupt human being has satanic nature and is full of satanic dispositions and these satanic dispositions issue exactly from the philosophies and rules of satan and the poisons of the great red dragon. So, only if one has truly seen the true fact that the satanic nature of every corrupt human being is filled with the philosophies and rules of satan and the poisons of the great red dragon and realized that man’s nature is exactly the substance of satan’s nature of resisting and rebelling against God and that corrupt human beings have completely become the brood of satan does it mean that he has truly known himself. Only if one has known the substance of his satanic nature and his true corrupt condition will he increasingly hate himself and hate the great red dragon, the devil, and accordingly, will he have a stronger desire to repent and an increasing sense of urgency to pursue the truth. This shows that it is by no means a simple thing to truly know the substance of corrupt mankind’s satanic nature and their true corrupt condition. Without experiencing God’s judgment and chastisement and the revelation and enlightenment of the Holy Spirit, corrupt mankind cannot see that man’s satanic nature is entirely made up of the philosophies of satan and the poisons of the great red dragon, much less can they know what the substance of man’s nature actually is. Only when one has truly understood the truth and can discern clearly that many of the philosophies of satan and the poisons of the great red dragon have completely become the substance of man’s nature will he truly know that in substance his nature is entirely satan’s nature and is precisely satan’s nature of resisting and rebelling against God and that corrupt human beings are the offspring of satan and the sons of the great red dragon. Only then will he truly hate himself and even more hate the great red dragon, the devil, and feel that corrupt mankind is too pitiful and is really blind and ignorant and good for nothing. When he has such a true hatred, he will begin to practice rebelling against satan, forsaking his flesh, and denying himself and thus truly turn to God. Only if one can achieve such results by understanding the truth does it mean that he has truly known himself. Undoubtedly, one’s truly knowing himself is based on understanding the truth, and one’s truly knowing himself is a result he achieves altogether through understanding the truth.
One has to pursue the truth and reaches the point where he understands the truth before he can truly know himself. Those who do not pursue the truth can never truly know themselves and can never have true repentance or enter into the experience of life. Those whose experience of life is too shallow can hardly truly know themselves. Some people also know that knowing themselves is very important to their entering into the reality of the truth, but because of not understanding the truth, they rigidly follow regulations and go through the formality, speaking some doctrines of knowing themselves, so that others think that they have truly known themselves and had growth. Actually, none of such people has truly understood the truth and known himself. To truly understand the truth, one has to experience the judgment and chastisement of God’s word and receive the revelation and enlightenment of the Holy Spirit. This is the way to understand the truth. In practicing and experiencing God’s word, one comes to realize that he expresses too many corruptions and resists God too much, and sees how corrupt he is after having experienced many failures and frustrations. Because he can hardly practice the truth, obey God, or love God, he is utterly convinced, admitting that he has no reality of the truth, and that he is too deeply corrupted and really has no human likeness, and seeing that his nature is indeed the nature of satan. This is the result that he can achieve only after experiencing God’s work for several years. If he continues to practice and experience God’s word and pursue the truth and he still perseveres in pursuing the truth no matter how many times he has failed and how many corruptions he has expressed, when he has truly understood the truth, he will know the substance of his satanic nature of not loving the truth and being hostile to the truth. Although he still has not truly practiced the truth, he will have achieved the initial result in understanding the truth and knowing himself. One day when he experiences to an extent that he sees God’s loveliness and begins to have a heart of loving the truth, he will have the condemnation in his conscience if he does not practice the truth or commits a transgression, and he will suffer and be refined in his heart and feel sorry in his heart if he does not practice the truth. This means that he has had the motivation to practice the truth and he will be able to gradually practice the truth in the future. When one can practice the truth, that will be the time when he enters into the reality of the truth. He, who can practice the truth, will have begun to be transformed in his life disposition and have possessed a heart of fearing God and the reality of obeying God. This is the true experience of life of a true pursuer of the truth and the true course of his knowing himself. When one experiences to the extent that under any circumstances, he will not go against the truth or give up the truth and the truth has become his life, won’t that exactly be his true condition of having been transformed in his disposition? Without several years of experience in pursuing the truth, one cannot truly know himself. If in believing in God, one neither experiences God’s work nor pursues the truth, he can hardly truly know himself. Such a person can hardly enter into the reality of the truth.
Now, all God’s chosen people who are truly experiencing God’s work are willing to pursue the truth and enter into reality in their heart. But because they have a very superficial understanding of the truth and still have not thoroughly known the substance of their nature and their true corrupt condition, they have no discernment about many things and about various kinds of people and still cannot see through the substance of the problems. This is normal. Before one has truly understood and gained the truth, he is just in such a pitiable condition of being foolish and ignorant. Many well-educated and knowledgeable people are also powerless in the face of the truth. They only have the cultural qualities but do not have the truth, so they still cannot help others, much less resolve the actual problems in their experience of life. Having no truth, one truly cannot take a single step. No matter how high one’s cultural knowledge is, it cannot replace the truth. Only the truth can be men’s life, make them transcend satan’s influence of darkness, and enable them to perform the duty of a created being properly. Only if one understands the truth can he rebel against satan and forsake darkness for light, and truly turn to God and be saved.
In order for God’s chosen people to understand the truth and truly know themselves as soon as possible, now I have sorted out and summed up the philosophies and rules of satan and the poisons of the great red dragon, and they are listed below for people to know and dissect. This will definitely be beneficial to their understanding the truth and truly knowing themselves. If one does not understand the truth, he can never truly know himself, and if he does not understand the truth, he can never have true repentance. So, whoever does not truly understand the truth and know himself is by no means a person who truly obeys God or a person who has been saved. This is what God’s chosen people must know clearly. For one to truly know himself, he must be able to discern the philosophies and rules of satan and the poisons of the great red dragon. All corrupt human beings are the offspring of satan and the sons of the great red dragon. Within every corrupt human being, there are by no means only a few philosophies of satan and poisons of the great red dragon. The most deeply corrupted men are all full of satanic dispositions, and it is certain that they have every kind of philosophy of satan and poison of the great red dragon within, and they are imbued with all kinds of poisons. This is because the nature of corrupt mankind is made up of countless philosophies of satan and poisons of the great red dragon. Men can be controlled by such a satanic nature, and this shows that the amount of the evil energy of this satanic nature is quite huge. Because it is an evil malignant tumor specially composed of the philosophies of satan and the poisons of the great red dragon and has completely controlled men’s flesh (including men’s thinking and thoughts and ideas), men have completely become the brood of satan and the puppets of satan. Satan’s offspring and the sons of the great red dragon are produced just like this. When we have seen clearly the true fact of the substance of the evil nature of corrupt mankind, we will all the more endeavor to pursue the truth, so that we will be able to truly see clearly how ridiculous, erroneous, absurd, and evil all the philosophies of satan and the poisons of the great red dragon are. Thus, we will naturally know the substance of men’s corrupt nature and their true corrupt condition. This is the right way to truly know ourselves. When we reach the point where we have truly known the absurd and evil substance of men’s satanic nature, we will have the will to truly hate ourselves and forsake our flesh. Then, through our making every effort to pursue the truth, accept the truth, and enter into the reality of the truth, naturally the bastion of the satanic nature within us will crumble, God’s word, the truth, will fully occupy our whole being, and the truth will become our life. Only at this point will we have been truly saved and perfected.

The 150 Poisons of the Great Red Dragon that Corrupt Mankind Often Expresses Are as Follows:
I. The Poisons of the Great Red Dragon Concerning Denying God and Doubting God
1 It seems to them as if there is a God in the unseen world but as if there is not, and they believe in God always by what their eyes see, and as they cannot see God’s deeds, they half believe in God.
2 They only see that satan and the great red dragon, the devil, act against heaven, commit all manner of outrages, and unscrupulously and frenziedly resist God, so they doubt God’s almightiness and sovereignty.
3 They only believe that their destiny is in their own hand but do not believe that God rules over all things, so they can only pursue happiness by their own efforts and endeavors.
4 They think that all that they have is gained by their hard toil, and they cannot see that it is God’s ordination, grace, and blessing.
5 To them, whoever can save them from disasters and death is God, and their life is greater than heaven.
6 When they have the working of the Holy Spirit, they acknowledge that there is God, but when they have no working of the Holy Spirit, they doubt God’s existence and are passive and draw back.
7 Because of being unable to see God’s blessing, they are not interested in practicing the truth and obeying God’s work and feel it boring to do so, and they doubt God and lose faith.
8 They just believe that the God in heaven rules over all things, while the practical God on earth can only speak and work; they do not know the divine substance of Christ.
9 To them God is not God if he does not perform signs and wonders, and they will only acknowledge him as God if he can perform signs and wonders; they do not know that God’s almightiness is that his word accomplishes everything.
10 Only when God appears publicly will they fully believe in God’s almightiness and that God is the true God; they doubt the power and authority of God’s word.
II. The Poisons of the Great Red Dragon Concerning Disobeying God’s Work
1 In believing in God, they always make a deal with God, and they pull God over when needing him and stay away from, resist, and deny God when not needing him.
2 When they are in adverse circumstances, they ask God to change the circumstances and save them, and when in favorable circumstances, they have extravagant desires before God, and take a yard after being given an inch and do whatever they want to do.
3 In believing in God, they do not pursue the truth but always hanker after fleshly ease and enjoyment and pursue position, fame and gain, and vainglory; they believe in God just for peace and enjoyment.
4 When they have difficulties, they only look to the God in heaven but never pray to the God on earth; they treat the practical God as a man.
5 They believe in God, but they do not obey God’s work, not accepting pruning and dealing, and rejecting judgment, chastisement, trial, and refining.
6 They always turn a deaf ear to God’s word and never know to care for God’s will and thus pursue the truth and enter into reality.
7 They only regard those words of God that they can accept and that fit their notions as the truth, but do not take those words of God that do not fit their notions as the truth.
8 They just demand God to work and satisfy them according to their notions, but never pursue to obey God, love God, or satisfy God.
9 They only have a place in their heart for those who have a high position and great power and who have a great reputation; they adore men and follow men instead of magnifying God and exalting God.
10 They believe in God just by their notions and imaginations, and they do not accept God’s word, the truth, much less eat and drink God’s word seriously or pay attention to entering into the reality of the truth.
III. The Poisons of the Great Red Dragon Concerning Resisting God in Performing Duty
1 They make demands on God when they perform some duty, and they want a reward and blessings when they pay some price or suffer a little in spending for God.
2 In performing duty, they always want to do it in a different way, tower above all the others, and do something new to show their ability, but do not pay attention to practicing the truth to satisfy God.
3 In performing duty, they act arbitrarily, do things as they please without restraint, and perform it in whatever way they like, pursuing their so-called freedom.
4 When they have a little faithfulness, they boast about themselves and testify themselves everywhere to make others think highly of them, and when they make a little contribution, they want to be a cut above others and always want God to know it.
5 In performing duty, they always cheat those above and delude those below and report only the good news but not the bad and are always perfunctory and careless to cheat God, but they remain impenitent.
6 Whatever they do, they do it under the signboard of God’s family for others to accept and obey, not doing it for God’s chosen people at all, but for themselves to gain profit.
7 When they have done something practical for the church or offered up something to God, they flaunt their qualification and obey no one and want to demand ten thousand taels of gold and extremely great blessings from God.
8 They are only content with doing some good things for God’s family and performing some duty to prove that they truly believe in God, but do not want to pursue to gain the truth and be perfected by God.
9 In performing duty, their purpose is just to gain profit and blessings for themselves, and they do not at all practice the truth or obey God, much less are they for gaining the truth and life.
10 They do not perform their duty in order to repay God’s love, they do not have a grateful heart though enjoying God’s grace, and they only pay attention to receiving a reward and the blessings in the end.
IV. The Poisons of the Great Red Dragon Concerning Detesting and Hating the Truth
1 In believing in God, they just follow half-heartedly, but do not investigate the true way or seek the truth; they believe in God not in order to gain the truth and life.
2 In treating God’s word, they are merely content with understanding doctrines, but do not seek the truth to know God’s work and what God has and is.
3 They are neither cold nor hot about God’s work or about God’s salvation and turn a blind eye to them; they do not at all pursue the truth or pursue to know God.
4 They cannot devote themselves wholeheartedly to God’s work or consecrate their whole being for it, but always investigate what their destiny and outcome will be.
5 They always believe in God in their notions, and they still seek in the Bible, stay and grope in notions and vagueness, and fail to keep up with God’s footsteps.
6 They always half believe God’s word, and they can only fully believe those words that fit their notions and imaginations, but deny and give up those words that do not fit their notions and imaginations.
7 They always believe in the God in heaven as the greatest but regard the God on earth as small and treat him as a man; they do not understand the significance of God’s incarnation.
8 In eating and drinking God’s word, they always have their choice, and they only like those words by which God gives blessings and promises, but do not like those words by which God judges and chastises man or prunes and deals with man.
9 They only regard those words of God as the truth that they can accept and practice, but deny those words to be the truth that they are unwilling to accept or practice.
10 In believing in God, they only pay attention to pursuing to be compatible with the vague god, but do not pursue to be compatible with the incarnated practical God—Christ.
V. The Poisons of the Great Red Dragon Concerning Being Arrogant and Conceited and Having No Sense
1 They always say exaggerated and unrealistic words, they are very proud and self-right, and no matter how greatly they have gone against the reality of the truth, they do not examine themselves.
2 They just like to hear flattering words even though they are not real, but do not like to hear unpleasant and pricking words even though they are in accordance with the truth.
3 They never accept pruning and dealing, and even though what others say is in accordance with the truth and the fact, they deny and refuse it for fear of losing their dignity and face.
4 They often talk big, brag, and make overstatements, and they insist that they have what they do not have and insist that they are right when not right, being very arrogant and self-right.
5 When they understand some doctrines, have some experiences, and can preach some sermons, they think that they have gained the truth and been perfected, and thus they obey no one.
6 They do not adore Christ’s humbleness in their heart but worship the gifted false shepherds and antichrists; they only listen to men’s words and follow men but do not obey God.
7 They refuse to accept the judgment and chastisement of God’s word, and like a tiger whose backside no one dares to touch, they treat anyone as their enemy if he rebukes, exposes, or criticizes them.
8 They are always self-right, and they take the viewpoints that are right and good in their eyes and their imaginations as the truth and make others accept and acknowledge them.
9 No matter how others’ words are in accordance with the truth and have the revelation and enlightenment of the Holy Spirit, they deny and reject them, and they only believe that they themselves are correct and have the truth.
10 They do not accept the leading and ministering of anyone, but only wish to be personally led by God, and it seems that they only listen to God, but they do not practice the truths in God’s word.
VI. The Poisons of the Great Red Dragon Concerning Turning to One’s Own Way and Not Attending to His Proper Duties
1 They are just content with understanding letters and doctrines, and they think that they have believed in God successfully and been saved, as they can do the work and preach sermons and be admired by others.
2 They always demand others to practice the truth, while they themselves do not practice the truth at all, being demanding of others but giving in to themselves.
3 They do not love the truth but always pursue fame, gain, and position, hanker after money, and adore influence, not acting as the servants of the truth but as the slaves of evil.
4 They do not investigate and are not serious about the way they walk in believing in God, but they always particularly care about their own destiny and outcome, never forgetting them for a moment.
5 They want to gain the truth but are unwilling to undergo sufferings, while in pursuing fame, gain, and position, they do not grudge to go to hell if need be; they particularly adore position and influence.
6 They would rather be eliminated and go to hell than speak truthfully, do practical things, and be honest people, and they just walk their own way in a way of facing death unflinchingly and preferring to die rather than submit.
7 When they swear an oath to God or make a resolution, they do so for others to see, but behind others’ back they do not practice the truth at all, much less are they willing to perform their duty properly to satisfy God.
8 In believing in God, they do not pursue the truth, but always make a deal with God and always want to make use of God; their relationship with God is merely a naked interest-based relationship.
9 They only pay attention to eating, drinking, and making merry, and they vie with each other in what they eat, wear, and enjoy, but never compete with each other in pursuing the truth or in entering into the reality of the truth.
10 They never pay attention to fellowshipping about the truth and knowing themselves, much less lay bare and dissect themselves, in order to show their nobleness and make others respect and think highly of them.
VII. The Poisons of the Great Red Dragon Concerning Being Hypocritical and Crooked and Crafty
1 They are dishonest in conducting themselves, and they act one way to others’ faces and another behind their backs, say every fine word and do every foul deed, and are humble and patient outwardly but sinister and cunning in substance.
2 They always gauge the heart of a gentleman by their own mean measure, and they have a suspicion and doubt about those who practice the truth and even about the man used by the Holy Spirit and about God.
3 They like to agree to others’ faces and act the contrary, be hypocritical, and gain a reputation by deceiving people, and they often give false testimony and even fabricate lies to pass them off as the truth to deceive others.
4 They themselves do not love the truth but pretend to practice the truth, and they speak something about knowing themselves to others’ faces and seek the truth through bringing up some trivial matters.
5 When praying to God, they always speak nice words to cheat God in order to please God, but they cannot at all worship God or satisfy God with a true heart.
6 They only exercise to be godly and patient outwardly, as if they had some human likeness; they do not have the slightest reality of the truth, but they are hypocritical and try their best to disguise themselves.
7 They only pay attention to their outward words, deeds, and behavior and thus think that they have some human likeness, but do not practice the truth; they are not transformed in their disposition, but want to receive God’s approval and blessings.
8 They do not practice any truth, but they justify and vindicate themselves, and they try to win people’s support with petty gifts and favors to preserve their position and reputation.
9 They always speak letters and doctrines and empty, false, and lying words to deceive others, giving others a false impression and hiding their true condition from them, so that others cannot make them out, but they consider themselves as distinguished personages.
10 They stand aloof from things of no concern to them, and when they know perfectly well that something is wrong, they think that the less said, the better; they are worldly-wise and play safe and seek only to escape blame.
VIII. The Poisons of the Great Red Dragon Concerning Not Loving the Truth and Acting Wildly and Willfully
1 They only like and value those who are good at fawning and flattering, but hate and reject the honest people who speak truthfully and do practical things.
2 They look down upon others as long as they practice some truth and have a little obedience, and they have no regard for God and magnify themselves when they achieve some results in doing the work.
3 They always want to see God face to face, and if they see with their own eyes that God does a certain thing, they are restless and about to act as daring vanguards, deeply fearing that they will not be seen by God and fail to receive a reward.
4 They have no love for the brothers and sisters, but instead intrigue against each other, guard against each other, and fight with each other overtly and covertly, unable to associate with others normally.
5 They only pay attention to honoring their parents in their heart, living in their filial sentiments, but detest practicing the truth, obeying God, and worshiping God; they are truly traitorous.
6 They themselves do not pursue the truth and enter into reality, but they meticulously study and deliberate the works of God’s family, nitpicking and trying to find fault with them.
7 They have acted wildly and willfully and done all kinds of evil but do not allow others to expel them, and if they are rejected and eliminated, they complain against heaven and earth and show passive resistance, being really unreasonable.
8 In believing in God, they never regard God’s word as the truth, but just believe in the philosophies and rules of satan, the logic of satan, and the so-called famous dictums.
9 “As long as I do not commit murder, arson, robbery, or adultery, I am not a wicked man, and the church has no right to expel me.” They are really unreasonable.
10 “I have believed in God for a longer time, undergone more sufferings, and understood more doctrines, so I should be elected to be a leader, otherwise it is unfair.”
IX. The Poisons of the Great Red Dragon Concerning Being Selfish and Base and Caring for the Flesh
1 Man’s nature is filled with satanic dispositions, and everyone is for himself and is selfish and base, but he thinks that he is a good person and is better than all others.
2 People are too selfish, and everyone scrambles for fame and gain and lives for himself, and he does not have any care or love for the brothers and sisters, much less is he willing to care for God’s will.
3 They never give their heart to God and always fear that their flesh will suffer and lose its enjoyment; they do not pursue the truth at all, and they do not understand God’s heart but instead misunderstand God.
4 They always have too many demands on God and extravagant desires before God, but do not want to experience God’s work to gain the truth, being really senseless.
5 No one treasures the truth or magnifies God, and they still love their children, husband, or wife above everything else and live under satan’s domain.
6 In following God, they only care about whether they can receive blessings and escape disasters, and if they encounter a trial or refining, they are passive, draw back, and make complaints.
7 Most of people’s doings are for gaining profit and blessings for themselves, and few are for carrying out God’s will, obeying God, or satisfying God.
8 People are extremely selfish, and if a thing is that which they can enjoy at present, they will risk their lives to pursue it, and every one of them values his interests but does not pursue the truth.
9 They do not love the truth or practice God’s word, but instead hold on to the philosophies of satan and do not drop them, and they always follow satan’s rule of “taking advantages only but suffering no losses.”
10 They cannot be kind to or love those brothers and sisters who truly believe in God, but instead still regard their fleshly family members as their dearest ones, not having the slightest reality of the truth.
X. The Poisons of the Great Red Dragon Concerning Pursuing Fame and Position
1 When they have some position, they indulge in the blessings of position and do not do practical works, and they handle God’s chosen people by merely speaking doctrines and issuing orders, but feel that they are good.
2 They would rather go to hell for indulging in the blessings of position than lose a single hair for the sake of receiving God’s approval.
3 When they acquire a position, they want to have a higher one and even want to be on an equal footing with God, and for the sake of indulging in the blessings of position, they deeply fear that one day they will lose all standing and reputation, so they spare no effort to preserve it.
4 After they become a church leader, they make God’s chosen people support them, practice making themselves the center, and treat all God’s chosen people as servants and lord it over them.
5 They only allow others to sing their praises but do not allow others to expose or criticize them, and they always do deceptive things and things unrelated to the truth, but they think that they are spending for God and performing their duty.
6 When they have a position, they do not do practical works or resolve actual problems, but just indulge in the blessings of position without caring about others’ life or death, being really conscienceless.
7 They pay no attention to resolving problems with the truth, but only pay attention to going through the formality and motions without trying to achieve practical results; they are perfunctory and careless to cheat God in performing their duty.
8 Their corrupt nature is full of satanic dispositions, and they only want to be a superior and like to be the head, but do not want to be an inferior, never being content to occupy an inferior position to obey others.
9 “Since I am the leader or worker, I have the final say and others should obey me, otherwise I am not the leader or worker; and I have to have the power.”
10 When they have some position and can speak letters and doctrines, they magnify themselves, are lawless and overweeningly arrogant, and have no regard for anyone.
XI. The Poisons of the Great Red Dragon Concerning Being Too Fragile and Living Just for the Sake of Remaining Alive
1 As men, they have no aspiration and no willpower, have no desire to make progress, are often passive and back-drawing, and are very slavish.
2 They are always cowardly and incompetent and base and fragile before the truth, and they do not loathe the forces of darkness or have the courage to forsake darkness for light.
3 People all fear being shamed or disgraced and care for their face, and no one has the courage to lay himself bare or dissect himself; it is really hard for them to practice the truth.
4 They value their face above everything else and can even refuse to accept pruning, dealing, judgment, and chastisement; they put their dignity and reputation above everything else.
5 When they are in favorable circumstances, they make resolutions and express their determination, but once they encounter an adverse circumstance or a difficulty, they nullify them and make complaints and resist God.
6 They have no true love for God, and they obey God completely when the circumstances are easy or when they can gain profits, but complain against God when they suffer a setback or failure.
7 In believing in God, they all want to be saved, but they cannot undergo sufferings or refinings for the sake of gaining the truth and life, and they just want to enter the kingdom by merely understanding doctrines.
8 People display some manifestations of loving God all for fear of being chastised, and they do not at all pursue the truth or pursue to know God so as to truly love God.
9 They only pay attention to helping their husbands and bringing up their children and acting as understanding wives and loving mothers but neglect to enter into the reality of the truth, and yet they want to receive God’s blessings and approval.
10 They stop going forward when not sustained by someone, become passive when suffering a little, take a long rest when only having a minor illness, and draw back and make bitter complaints when suffering a blow.
XII. The Poisons of the Great Red Dragon Concerning Serving God but Resisting God
1 They pay attention to fame, gain, and position, like to practice falsehood, make show, and build up influence, think big and aim high, are full of imaginations, and are divorced from the reality of the truth.
2 They especially adore Paul and like to do the work and preach sermons, and they pay more attention to preaching high sermons, showing off their knowledge and talents to make others adore, think highly of, and follow them.
3 They take preaching sermons as their highest duty, pay attention to saving their image and prestige, and have become “emperors” in God’s family.
4 In serving God, they do not exalt God or testify God, but always want to do great things, take great steps, and do great works to let God think highly of them so as to receive a reward and be blessed by God.
5 When they act as a church leader, they do not at all care for God’s will but always care whether they have a place in others’ hearts and how others treat them.
6 They serve God by their natural character and always think that what they like and want is what God wants and is pleased with, always wanting to represent God.
7 When they have acted as a leader for several years, they feel that they can do the work and all people should obey and listen to them, as if to them to live were Christ and were God.
8 When they have some working of the Holy Spirit and can fellowship about some truths, they feel that they are almost the same as God, look down upon anyone else in their heart, and even want to enjoy God’s position.
9 When they have a position in God’s family, they feel that they are superior to others and should enjoy better things than anyone else, and want to receive a hundred times as much now in this time.
10 They do not resolve problems with the truth, and they settle problems just by doctrines and regulations, always do things according to their emotions and preferences, and only preserve their own position and influence.
XIII. The Poisons of the Great Red Dragon Concerning Judging and Resisting God’s Work
1 They always circumscribe God’s work, and they often say, “God does not work this way, God does not work that way, and God can only do this and that.”
2 They always measure God’s word and God’s work by their own knowledge and doctrines, thinking that their learning is broad and profound and is not inferior to the truth.
3 They always guard against and have a suspicion about the works of God’s family and the leaders and workers, and they do not believe the results of God’s work or the existence of the truth.
4 They never exalt God or testify God but only speak letters and doctrines and give false testimony to deceive others, trying their best to create their image to make others obey and adore them.
5 They hate out of jealousy, are not convinced by, and speak cold words to those who have the reality of the truth, and despise and suppress and simply look down upon those who do not have the reality of the truth.
6 They envy and hate and even attack and judge those who have a high position, and look down upon and exclude those having no position and do not treat them as men.
7 They always suspect that in God’s family, it is not God who rules or the truth that rules but corrupt human beings that rule, and all the works are done by men, and no work of God can be seen.
8 They often doubt and have resistance against the man used by the Holy Spirit, and they cannot truly accept or obey the work arrangements and the preachings and fellowships of the above.
9 In treating the works done by the man used by the Holy Spirit, they always nitpick and try to find fault with them, and they cannot at all see that he is used by the Holy Spirit.
10 They always think that the works of God’s family are done by a man and that God’s chosen people are all following and obeying a man and not obeying God’s work.
XIV. The Poisons of the Great Red Dragon Concerning Stubbornly Walking the Way of Antichrists
1 If they have some gifts and knowledge, they feel they are extremely honorable and are God’s favored one and feel as if they are just a bit lower than God.
2 If they have some position and knowledge, they spare no effort to exhibit themselves and exalt themselves, wishing others would treat them as God.
3 Nominally they are serving God, but actually they are engaging in their own management, and they try to preserve their position and influence in everything and run around and work hard for themselves.
4 As they have a higher and higher position, they make higher and higher demands on God, and they are full of extravagant desires and do not at all consider the life or death of God’s chosen people.
5 After working for years, the more doctrines they understand, the more hidden and cunning their demands on God are, and they harbor evil intent and always want to pry into God’s intention.
6 They always feel themselves to be lofty and be better than all others, and they obey no one, are “emperors” in God’s family, and demand that all people obey and listen to them.
7 Their ambition to hanker after position never dies, and they always want to be a big leader and occupy a high and important position, to be under one but above all the others, and cannot humble themselves willingly.
8 If they have some knowledge and learning, they want to stand above others, and after they believe in God, they want to be a leader; if they fail to be so, they are unsubmissive and make a scene and complain that God is unfair.
9 In God’s family, they only obey a certain person, and except for him, they obey no one, or they only obey God, and of men, they obey none, being “absolutely lawless.”
10 They follow the satanic philosophy that one will accomplish nothing great without telling lies, and practice spreading slanderous rumors to undermine others in order to be in power and establish their own independent kingdom.
XV. The Poisons of the Great Red Dragon Concerning Directly Resisting God
1 They have done all kinds of evil, but they, when pruned and dealt with, can even distort the facts, call black white and white black, lie and justify themselves, play the trick of a thief crying “Stop thief!”, and complain that God is unfair.
2 When acting as a leader, they crave for greatness and success, are jealous of the good and the able, exclude those who hold different views, and gang up for selfish interests, so as to expand their forces and be a local despot.
3 In order to attack others and put them to death, they always strike at them by reviling someone else, frame them, and shift the blame on them, and they will be satisfied with nothing but others’ death.
4 In order to achieve their own purpose of fixing and punishing others, they, being out to condemn them, can always trump up a charge, and they resort to wantonly condemning them, distorting the facts, and framing them.
5 When acting as a leader, the higher position they are in, the more they magnify themselves, are arbitrary and tyrannical, and pull the wool over the eyes of all the people, and they even attempt to be on an equal footing with God.
6 When they have a position, they practice “Those who submit will prosper; those who resist shall perish,” and “I am my own Lord throughout heaven and earth,” and allow no one to disobey them.
7 No matter how much grace they have enjoyed from God, they do not know to repay, but when they experience a little pruning or dealing or suffer a little defeat or setback, they fly into a rage with shame and even take revenge on God’s family.
8 They have experienced God’s work for several years, but they cannot at all sense God’s love, and if they meet with an adversity or are arrested, they even turn their coat and betray the church leaders and workers.
9 “As long as I believe in God, I should never be expelled no matter how I believe or how much evil I have done. If I cannot receive blessings, I will create a tremendous uproar in God’s family all the time.”
10 When they acquire a position, they want to control God’s chosen people, and they engage in intrigues, cheat those above and delude those below, and form gangs, attempting to establish their independent kingdom.
The above 100 philosophies and rules of satan and 150 poisons of the great red dragon are the true evidence that mankind has been most deeply corrupted and they are precisely the offspring of satan and the sons of the great red dragon. This is a fact that no one can deny. Only if one has truly known that mankind has indeed been too deeply corrupted and that man’s satanic nature is truly filled with these philosophies and rules of satan and poisons of the great red dragon can he truly hate the great red dragon and hate satan, can he all the more treasure God’s word and pursue the truth, and can he truly rebel against satan and against the great red dragon and thoroughly break away from satan’s influence. The nature of every corrupt human being is filled with the philosophies and rules of satan and the poisons of the great red dragon, so the nature of corrupt mankind is a nature of resisting God and rebelling against God. Just as God’s word says: “Man’s nature is hostile to God, because all men are the ones most deeply corrupted by satan. If man associates with God in his corruption, he will surely come to no good end. He will surely express corruption in his every word and act and will express disobedience in every aspect when contacting God. Unconsciously, he will become one who resists Christ, cheats Christ, and rejects Christ. At that time, he will be in a more dangerous situation. If this continues, he will become one to be punished.” “The root of men’s corrupt disposition is that they have been poisoned by satan and trampled by satan and that their mind, morals, insight, and sense have been badly damaged by satan. The reason why men resist God and do not understand the truth is that their fundamental things have all been corrupted by satan and are not the same as they were when originally created by God.” “After men were corrupted by satan, they have become animals, and what they think about is only evil and filthiness, without goodness or holiness. Aren’t such men satan?” “The reason why men resist God is, on the one hand, because of their corrupt disposition, and on the other hand, because they do not know God and do not understand the principles of God’s working and God’s will for man. These two aspects together form the history of men’s resisting God.”
If one wants to be saved and break away from satan’s influence while believing in God, he has to pay attention to eating and drinking God’s word and reach the point of understanding the truth so that he can truly see clearly mankind’s true condition of being most deeply corrupted and see through the real root of the world being evil and dark. Only thus can he be clear that corrupt mankind indeed needs God’s salvation and needs to know themselves and examine themselves. It is through pursuing the truth that one can know himself. Only when one has truly understood the truth can he truly know himself. So, knowing oneself is based on understanding the truth, and those who do not pursue the truth can never truly know themselves. We may have a look at those in God’s family who are arrogant and conceited and have no sense and who even want to scramble for power in the church and contend with God for God’s chosen people. They all have strayed into the way of antichrists because of not pursuing the truth. Let’s take a look at these false leaders and antichrists that have done all kinds of evil. None of them are ones who truly understand the truth and know themselves, none of them are ones who truly spend for God and who can be faithful to God in performing their duty, and none of them are ones having a conscience who truly do practical things for God’s chosen people and can resolve their actual problems. The reason why these people stubbornly walk the way of antichrists is completely because they do not love the truth and hate the truth. If one is full of the philosophies of satan and the poisons of the great red dragon within, he is an absolute son of the great red dragon and an offspring of satan. Just as God’s word says: “The manifestations of the great red dragon are: resisting me, not knowing or understanding the meaning of my word, always persecuting me, and trying to disrupt my management by schemes. The manifestations of satan are: contending with me for power, wanting to possess my chosen people, and releasing negative words to deceive my people. … Satan, the devil, and the archangel are all typical examples of the great red dragon, so all those not predestined and chosen by me are the sons of the great red dragon. This is absolutely so! They are all my enemies…. The great red dragon I refer to is not a great red dragon but the evil spirit opposed to me. ‘The great red dragon’ is the synonym for it. So, all the spirits other than the Holy Spirit are evil spirits, and they can also be said to be the sons of the great red dragon. Everyone should be clear about this.” Those who truly believe in God and pursue the truth should draw lessons from the failures of the false leaders and antichrists. If one cannot pursue the truth and forsake his flesh, he will do things of resisting God at any time, and unknowingly he will do all kinds of evil and become the devil and be punished by God. Because man has satanic nature and as far as corrupt mankind’s substance is concerned, man’s corrupt dispositions are all resistant against and hostile to God, if one does not often pray to God and truly rely on God to forsake his flesh and overcome satan, it will be hard for him to be saved and break away from the influence of satan. It is not a simple thing for one to break away from the entanglement and bondage of his satanic nature. If one does not obey God’s work, seriously eat and drink God’s word, or truly pray to God and fellowship with God, it is too easy for him to do many things of resisting God and stray into the way of antichrists.
All men’s satanic nature is a nature of resisting God and rebelling against God. Men’s satanic nature is a multi-poisonous malignant tumor made up of the philosophies of satan and all kinds of poisons of the great red dragon. The more poisons of the great red dragon one has within him, the more frenziedly and maliciously he will resist God, and the more cruelly he will suppress and persecute God’s chosen people. Why do people, in believing in God, often do evil and resist God, bully and suppress God’s chosen people when having a position, and even resist God while serving God? Why do all believers in God adore Paul and unknowingly stray into the way of antichrists? These are mainly caused by their having too many philosophies of satan and poisons of the great red dragon within them. In the false leaders and antichrists, we all can clearly see the real and living typical examples of the ruling of the great red dragon, the devil, one after another, and can see the ten most typical poisons of the great red dragon possessed by the antichrists which fully stand for the image of the great red dragon:
1. They regard themselves number one under heaven, obey no one, have no regard for God, try to let those who submit to them prosper and those who resist them perish, and behave lawlessly.
2. They are especially arrogant and conceited, like to boast and talk big and brag about themselves, and try their best to create their image for others to adore them and treat them as God.
3. They fight against Heaven and earth and battle with man, and they even want to subdue all mankind so as to own and use them and make them the servants and tools of the devil.
4. They are specialized in opposing God, act against Heaven, do things in a perverse way, advocate evil, and do otherwise to deceive God’s chosen people and make them obey and follow them.
5. They agree to others’ faces and act the contrary, affirm with their lips but deny in their heart, spread fallacies, pass themselves off as the truth, are hypocritical, scramble for power and profit, and attempt to be on an equal footing with God.
6. They crave for greatness and success, practice deceit, cheat those above and delude those below, make people sing their praises and bow in worship of them, and never allow people to tell the facts and speak truthfully.
7. They maliciously attack the leaders and workers at every level and judge that they are all false ones and must be deposed, in order for the various kinds of antichrists and wicked men to rule in the church.
8. Being extremely afraid that the truth will rule in God’s family and God’s chosen people will discern and reject them, they try every possible means to hinder God’s chosen people from eating and drinking God’s word and pursuing the truth.
9. They particularly hate the man used by the Holy Spirit, and they resort to fabricating rumors about him and passing judgment on him, attempting to depose him and take his place and control God’s chosen people.
10. They magnify themselves and are overweening, push making antichrists as the head and the center and rallying round the antichrists, and establish their independent kingdom.
The above ten poisons are the typical poisons of the great red dragon that fully stand for its image. If one has these ten virulent poisons of the great red dragon within him, naturally he will resist God directly and judge God’s work frenziedly, attempting to incite God’s chosen people to stay away from God and reject God and establish his independent kingdom and be on an equal footing with God. This is a sinful fact that can be seen in all antichrists. If one does not pursue the truth and cannot repress and eliminate these typical poisons of the great red dragon within him, he will very easily become satan the devil that directly resists God. Actually, the main purpose of corrupt mankind pursuing the truth is to resolve the problems of their satanic nature. Specifically speaking, it is to resolve the problems of the philosophies of satan and the poisons of the great red dragon with the truth. Man’s satanic philosophies are the satanic poisons that all corrupt human beings have in common, while the poisons of the great red dragon are the most evil poisons of resisting God. The poisons of the great red dragon are extremely aggressive, damaging, and diametrically antagonistic. We have seen that all antichrists have treated God so frenziedly and maliciously and they are all murderers imbued with all kinds of poisons, because their nature is filled with these typical virulent poisons of the great red dragon. So, all corrupt human beings who have the devilish nature that is filled with the poisons of the great red dragon must pursue the truth to thoroughly eliminate and resolve the poisons of the great red dragon within them so that they can truly turn to God, truly obey God, and be gained by God. This is an arduous spiritual warfare. If a person does not have the will and cannot undergo sufferings, he can hardly overcome satan and break away from the influence of satan. All the antichrists, the devils, have been taken captive by satan and ruined themselves thoroughly simply because they have refused to accept the truth and stubbornly walked the way of antichrists.
In experiencing God’s work, all God’s chosen people have felt that as they have satanic disposition, they indeed can hardly practice the truth, and they cannot obey God even though they want. This is all because they are controlled by the poisons of the great red dragon and have no command over themselves. So then, in pursuing the truth to be transformed in their disposition, people must resolve the poisons of the great red dragon within them. This is a task of top priority in entering into life. If they neglect these philosophies of satan and poisons of the great red dragon and do not treat them seriously, their entering into life will not be real, the transformation of their disposition will even more be an illusion, and they will have no way to be saved.
On the way of believing in God, if you do not go forward, you will slide backward. It is really like sailing against the current; you must forge ahead or you will be driven back. This is absolutely true. When God’s work ends, if you have not been saved and become a person who obeys God, you will definitely be an enemy who is hostile to God and stubborn to the end. There are only these two ways and two outcomes, and there is absolutely no middle way to walk. The more the good people pursue the truth, the better they will become; the more the wicked people do not pursue the truth, the worse they will become. This fulfills these words of God: “‘He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.’ The unjust ones will come under chastisement, and the holy ones will come before the throne. No one will be accommodated by God anymore, and even the sons and the people in the kingdom will be no exception. All this is God’s righteousness and the manifestation of God’s disposition. God will not sympathize with man’s weaknesses the second time.” Then let’s take a look at the poisons of the great red dragon of various aspects in man’s nature. There exist almost all these poisons of the great red dragon in everyone. The only difference is in the degree of the expressions of them. If men do not pursue the truth or accept the truth, they will have no way to eliminate and resolve these philosophies of satan and poisons of the great red dragon. Thus, the corrupt and filthy human beings will have no way to be purified and saved. To resolve the philosophies of satan and the poisons of the great red dragon within him, one must pursue the truth, and he also has to pay the price and undergo many sufferings for the understanding of the truth and the gaining of the truth. If he does not accept prunings and dealings, he can never make it, if he does not accept God’s judgment and chastisement, he can never make it, and if he does not experience the various kinds of trials and refinings, he also can never make it. These sufferings are the sufferings that he must undergo to gain the truth and be saved, and he has to undergo all of them. Before he has undergone all these sufferings, he can never expect to be saved and perfected.
To pursue the truth and gain life is by no means a simple thing. So, do not consider the transformation of one’s disposition too simple. When one has some transformation and growth, it does not mean that he has been transformed in his life disposition; when he can practice some truths and understand some truths, it does not mean that he has been transformed in his disposition; and when he has some knowledge of God and can do some practical works, it also does not mean that he has been transformed in his disposition. Only when he reaches the point where he truly knows God, has a heart of fearing God, can accept God’s searching in everything, can be faithful in performing his duty, can do God’s will, and has a true love for God will he be a person who has truly been transformed in his disposition and been saved and perfected.
Now, most people, because of having a very superficial understanding of the truth, cannot even discern clearly these 100 philosophies and rules of satan and 150 poisons of the great red dragon which are plainly evident, cannot touch the ways to practice and enter into the reality of the truth in many things, and do not even know what it means to practice the truth or what it means to obey God. Such people are all ones who have not entered into the reality of the truth. Some people even say, “God’s word says that man does not have the organ to comprehend the truth; then why does God always set high standards for and make strict requirements of man? God knows man’s difficulty; then why does he still require man to understand the truth, accept the truth, and practice the truth?” Such people’s spirits are blocked so severely. If one cannot seek the truth when reading God’s word, it means that he cannot understand God’s will. If one wants to understand the truth when reading God’s word, he can only achieve the result through experiencing God’s word and receiving the revelation and enlightenment of the Holy Spirit and through being led and shepherded by the man used by the Holy Spirit as well. None of these conditions is dispensable. It is precisely because people do not have the organ to comprehend the truth that they must seek to receive the working of the Holy Spirit and get the revelation and enlightenment of the Holy Spirit; it is precisely because people do not have the organ to comprehend the truth that they should accept and obey the leading and shepherding of the man used by the Holy Spirit and conscientiously practice and experience God’s word; and it is precisely because people do not have the organ to comprehend the truth that they should not make themselves independent and be divorced from the church life and act alone. It is a fact that man does not have the organ to comprehend the truth, but it does not mean that man cannot understand the truth. As long as one accepts the work of the Holy Spirit, obeys the leading of the man used by the Holy Spirit, conscientiously practices and experiences God’s word, and accepts all the revelation and enlightenment of the Holy Spirit in God’s chosen people, he can directly understand the truth, gain the truth, and enter into reality. This is a fact that can be proved by the experiences of life of every one of those who pursue the truth. So, when reading God’s word, all God’s chosen people should pay attention to seeking the truth so that they can truly understand God’s will and will not misinterpret God’s word or misunderstand God’s heart. If anyone still does not pursue the truth and still muddles along, he is certainly one to be eliminated.
Now, God’s chosen people absolutely have had a way to pursue the truth and enter into reality. After the last work arrangement “The One Hundred Truths that Must Be Practiced in Bringing God’s Word into Real Life” was issued, this time “To Be Saved and Transformed in His Disposition, One Has to Resolve the Philosophies and Rules of Satan and the Poisons of the Great Red Dragon Within Him” is issued. Thus, God’s chosen people have the one hundred truths that they must practice and enter into from the positive side in real life, and at the same time, they can also in their experience of life know the 100 philosophies and rules of satan and 150 poisons of the great red dragon that exist in their corrupt nature. This is a great benefit to God’s chosen people both in knowing the substance of their satanic nature and in entering into the reality of the truth, and can fully cause them to understand the truth and enter into the reality of God’s word. Now, many people do not truly pursue the truth at all, and they are still often restrained by various kinds of people, matters, and things and remain at a standstill, and are always bothered about some matters that have nothing to do with the truth and do not drop them. They are really foolish to the utmost! Some of them are restrained by the wrong doings of one or two leaders or workers and thus do not pursue the truth; some are restrained because they see that their church leader has some defects and is not according to their wishes, and thus they do not pursue the truth; some are restrained by their various transgressions and thus become disheartened and do not pursue the truth; some, because the leaders and workers are not good to them, become passive and thus do not pursue the truth; some, because the leaders and workers are no better than they, complain that God’s family is unfair, become passive, and do not pursue the truth; some cannot coordinate with others in performing their duty and thus are slack in work and do not pursue the truth; some, because of having achieved no results in performing their duty or in preaching the gospel, become passive and thus do not pursue the truth; some, because of having too many transgressions and being rejected by others, give themselves up as hopeless and do not pursue the truth; some, because of having a bad humanity and being loathed by all, are classified into group B or isolated, and they become passive and thus do not pursue the truth; some, having done evil and disturbed the church, are designated as antichrists or wicked men and are expelled, and thus they do not pursue the truth…. Actually, it is foolish and wrong for people not to pursue the truth, because of being restrained by any of these men, matters, and things and various kinds of problems. What people believe in is God; then why should they be restrained by various kinds of men, matters, and things? Since people believe in God, they should believe God’s word and accept the truth, should understand God’s will, and should see God’s thoughtful kind intention of saving man to the utmost and that even if one can truly repent and rebel against satan and practice obeying God at the last moment of God’s work, he will also have a hope of being pardoned and forgiven by God and being saved. With a man, the most foolish thing is that he does not know God’s love or understand God’s thoughtful kind intention but is restrained by people, matters, and things and thus loses the opportunity to be saved and forfeits his future. This is a most heartbreaking thing to God.
All those who have been expelled and those who are punished should keep this firmly in mind: No matter how God arranges, treats with, or deals with a man, he must obey, and a created being has no right to oppose the arrangement of the Creator. It is right and proper for man to believe in God, and it is also right and proper for man to be punished if he does evil and resists God. This is the will of Heaven that cannot be disobeyed. But to pursue the truth and repent of his evil deeds is man’s responsibility and duty. Even if one does not seek his outcome or destination, he should truly repent and prepare good deeds to make up for his evil deeds. This is the conscience and sense a man should have and also the duty a man must fulfill. If one does not keep his duty, he is unworthy to be called a man.
As a matter of fact, if some expellees who walk the way of antichrists really can know themselves and have true repentance, they will still have a gleam of hope. If all those who were expelled for having done all kinds of evil really can know themselves and have true repentance and then prepare some good deeds, it will certainly be beneficial to their destination. If those who have been isolated or expelled really have some conscience and sense, as long as they have a gleam of hope, they should not give up, and should never take the way of destruction against God. No matter how many transgressions one has, as long as he can truly know himself, he will not go so far as to make bitter complaints and revolt to the end. All those who can create a tremendous uproar in the church and complain that God’s family is unfair and even judge God’s work after being expelled are the ones who have shown their true colors after being expelled and are irredeemable ones. If they really had some conscience and sense, they would never have opposed God to the end. I have seen that some of those who left messages on the website said that they had been expelled, but they would pursue the truth all the same and preach the gospel and perform their duty all the same. Some of them even truly have some knowledge of the substance of their nature, and they admitted that they have the nature of antichrists. They could say such words, and I was greatly moved after reading them. If these people really can repent, it will fulfill the word “A prodigal who returns is more precious than gold,” and it will mean that they “have escaped from death,” and God’s heart will also be comforted.
In experiencing God’s work, all people should have this will: As long as I live, I should pursue the truth, and I should not be restrained by any person, matter, or thing, because what we believe in is God and God is a God who saves man and who loves man as himself and even more the almighty God and the righteous God. No matter what transgressions we had before, as long as we have true repentance and try our level best to prepare good deeds, it is certain that we will receive God’s approval and recognition. As long as God’s work has not ended, we will seize the opportunity and never give up. As long as we have a gleam of hope, we will press on to make progress and will never give ourselves up as hopeless.
Among all the expelled antichrists and wicked men, there are some who have indeed begun to examine themselves and truly repent, and they are all performing their duties and preparing good deeds. There is only one kind of person who is irredeemable; it is the devil “Chengshou,” an antichrist, from Henan Province. After she was expelled, she took revenge on God’s family and alienated herself from God’s family and sought refuge in the bosom of the great red dragon. She not only betrayed the leaders and workers, but joined with the great red dragon to arrest God’s chosen people and take away a great many of God’s offerings. Such a devil will certainly be cursed, be punished, and suffer heavy penalty! Among all the expelled antichrists the devils, those who can betray the leaders and workers and join with the great red dragon to arrest God’s chosen people are really few. Therefore, if this devil had not been expelled, she would surely be a time bomb that will explode sooner or later. It is not surprising that “Chengshou,” as an antichrist the devil, could commit such heinous crimes, and her true devilish face has finally been exposed. So it is self-evident what she will bring to her outcome. Such a person will never again have an opportunity to repent. About this, God has said these words: “But one fact is undeniable: Every one of you may betray me and return under satan’s domain, returning to satan’s camp and resuming your old life. At that time, you will not possibly have some human savor or some human likeness as you do now. The worse ones will perish and even more be doomed eternally and can never be reincarnated but will suffer severe punishment for eternity.” Every word of God will be fulfilled.
