54 The Life of New Man

I

God’s word, as clear as a bright moon, renders me clear of mind and sight.

It awakens my heart and spirit, and truly illuminates me.

With the elimination of my notions, I see God’s face.

I seem to enter another world and start a new life.

It is so rare that God personally comes to perfect man.

My heart is devoted to God and accepts His scrutiny.

Led by God’s word to move forward, I don’t go my own way.

Outdated practices are turned into new service.

I love God earnestly and silently, willing to be humble.

I do everything according to God’s will and truly care for His heart.

Reading God’s word brings ways to practice; my life grows fast.

It’s better than anything else to live out the reality of God’s word.

II

Suffering for the truth, my heart is happy and released.

The truth is gained at a price; after suffering comes happiness.

I experience God’s word and gain life, truly living in spirit.

Love for God brings enjoyment—the life of new man.

I obey all of God’s arrangements and see His wondrousness.

True joy only lies in the faithful fulfillment of my duty.

The more I undergo God’s dealing and pruning, the more I feel His loveliness.

Renewed and transformed within, I can’t love God enough.

Willing to suffer and gain the truth—the good soldier of Christ.

I accept judgment and chastisement, transformed in disposition.

I love suffering and refinement, the way to perfect the righteous.

Knowing God’s word and gaining the truth, I live out a real life.

Willing to suffer and gain the truth—the good soldier of Christ.

I accept judgment and chastisement, transformed in disposition.

I love suffering and refinement, the way to perfect the righteous.

Knowing God’s word and gaining the truth, I live out a real life,

I live out a real life.
