719 Those Who Truly Obey God’s Work Can Be Gained by Him

Verse 1

The truth that God asks people to enter

is that you can obey what He tells you,

and that you can put it into practice,

bow before the practical God,

knowing the corruption in you,

and bare your heart in front of Him,

and thus you can be gained by Him

through these words of His.

Verse 2

God gains glory when His words conquer you

and make you fully obedient to Him.

In this way, He brings Satan to shame

and brings all His work unto its end.

When you do not possess notions

of God incarnate’s practicality,

which means you’ve passed this trial,

then you’ve borne this witness well.

Chorus

Bearing resounding witness for God

is about whether you understand the practical God,

and if you’re able to submit

before this person who is both normal and plain,

and submit even unto your death.

If you bear this true witness for God,

this means that you have been obtained by God.

Verse 3

If someday you have full understanding

of the practical God and can submit to Him

even unto your death the way Peter did,

then you’ll have been gained by God and perfected.

It’s because God is practical

that people are going through their trials.

His work is real, not supernatural.

All His words are practical.

Bridge

By understanding His words without notions,

by being able to genuinely love Him

as His work grows more and more practical,

you will be gained by Him.

All the people who will be gained by God

are those who know Him.

They are the ones who know He is practical,

the ones who can submit to God’s practical work.

Chorus

Bearing resounding witness for God

is about whether you understand the practical God,

and if you’re able to submit

before this person who is both normal and plain,

and submit even unto your death.

If you bear this true witness for God,

this means that you have been obtained by God.

Outro

If you can submit unto death in front of Him

without complaints, without judgments,

without notions, without hidden motives,

then God will gain glory.

Submitting to a plain person who’s scorned by man

even unto death with no notions at all, this is testimony.
