114. The Principles of Removing Leaders and Workers From Their Posts
1. You should first complete investigation work, and there must be sufficient factual evidence to accurately define someone as a false leader before removing them from their post;
2. You must canvas popular opinion, and only when the majority of God’s chosen people who understand the truth approve that the person is a false leader or worker can you remove them from their post;
3. Under the premise of ensuring safety and ensuring that the church life is not disturbed, you must take prompt action against false leaders and antichrists, and never procrastinate;
4. You may make common cause with several others who are genuinely God’s chosen people and two or three leaders and workers to remove from their posts false leaders and antichrists who do all manner of evil.
Relevant Words of God:
With regard to people’s conditions, some ever resisted, some rebelled, others spoke words of complaint, engaged in misconduct, committed acts against the church or did things that damaged the family of God. Their outcomes will be determined with reference to their nature and the full breadth of their behavior. … God deals with each person according to the background at the time, the actual situation, people’s actions, performance and expressions, and the environment and context people are in. God will never wrong anyone. This is the righteousness of God.

The Man’s Fellowship:
As for those among them who do all manner of evil, or who belong to the category of antichrists who try to establish their own independent kingdoms, we should find evidence on them and summarize their evil deeds. When there is sufficient evidence, then action may be taken to remove that person from their post and ban them, which is the action of expelling evil to show devotion to God. God’s chosen people in some churches have already grasped evidence of the crimes of some false leaders, false workers or antichrists, and they should arrange this evidence into written materials. If the evidence and these materials indicate that someone has formed into an antichrist force, then God’s chosen people should unite with leaders and workers who have the work of the Holy Spirit and take the action of expelling evil to show devotion to God. If the evidence of the evil deeds of false leaders and false workers is insufficient, or it pertains only to the various problems of expressing corruption and does not constitute them doing all manner of evil, and yet it has already been ascertained that they are certainly without the work of the Holy Spirit, then the decision may be deferred, and made based on the quality of their humanity after observing them for a period of time. As for wicked people and antichrists who do all manner of evil, leaders and workers of all levels and God’s chosen people may gather evidence of their evil deeds. When there is sufficient evidence, they may then take the action of expelling evil to show devotion to God. In God’s family, the leaders and workers who have the work of the Holy Spirit are the leaders and workers who are approved for use by God; those who are without the work of the Holy Spirit are the ones whom God does not approve of, and who must be banned. Therefore, God’s chosen people must ascertain whether a leader or worker of any level is kept on or not based on whether or not they have the work of the Holy Spirit. In God defeating Satan and bringing Satan’s fate to its end, this action is the final key element. God’s chosen people must understand His will and must absolutely not allow the various wicked people who belong to Satan to take power in the church—this is God’s demand, God’s command, and even more so it is a symbol of God’s disposition.
from “How to Distinguish and Treat the Different Kinds of People Exposed and Eliminated in God’s Work” in Selected Annals of the Work Arrangements of The Church of Almighty God
If false leaders and false workers who have lost the work of the Holy Spirit cannot submit to the work arrangements of God’s house, this exposes their satanic nature. Such people are true servants of Satan, and people who disrupt and disturb the work of God. In the struggle to banish false leaders and false workers, we must have penetration into such people, we must survey the will of the people, collect irrefutable evidence, and only remove them with the approval of people who understand the truth.

Any who are revealed as false leaders, false workers, and antichrists amidst God’s work must be rigorously investigated for certainty, and may not be blindly defined as such. There are several categories of people who lose the work of the Holy Spirit. Some are born naturally without a love of the truth, with bad humanity and a deceitful, vicious heart, and they have no fear of God. Such people absolutely must be eliminated and rejected. Some false leaders and false workers who lose the work of the Holy Spirit are willing to pursue the truth in their hearts, and have good humanity, but real difficulties or certain restraints make them lose the work of the Holy Spirit. Such people should be given a chance to repent, and may be assigned to other duties. There may be some among them revealed because they have believed in God for too short a time and lack experience, or don’t know how to pursue the truth. If such people are worth fostering, they may first be trained as workers, but they absolutely must not serve as leaders. For those false leaders and false workers who are antichrists, we should first investigate and find proof of their evil deeds, and if the proof is irrefutable (excepting the occasional transgression), and they indeed have committed many evils, they must be banished. Any banished false leaders and false workers, including antichrists, who express a desire to repent, should be allowed to leave their posts and reflect, given a chance to repent, and treated as brothers and sisters. If they express no desire to repent, but instead continue to argue for themselves, stubbornly resist, harbor loathing in their hearts, and refuse to submit, they must be expelled and absolutely must not be shown mercy. To show loyalty to God, one must forsake the great red dragon and all satanic forces that resist God, and acting upon emotions is an expression of betraying the truth and God. To show the ultimate loyalty to God, one must forsake the flesh to satisfy God, and must not show any mercy or benevolence to any false leader, false worker, or antichrist. If someone shows any degree of obedience to any false leader or antichrist, they are a slave of Satan. They are not a loyal servant of God, nor are they someone who is of one mind with God. Only those who show absolute loyalty to God are compatible with Christ and are of one mind with God.
A dedicated action to ban all false leaders and workers and the antichrists should be conducted by leaders and workers who have the work of the Holy Spirit at various levels. For example, if members of the pastoral decision-making team do not have the work of the Holy Spirit, other members of the pastoral decision-making team with the work of the Holy Spirit should concur in actions to remove them. If members of the regional decision-making team do not have the work of the Holy Spirit, two or three other members of the regional decision-making team or regional coordinators who have the work of the Holy Spirit should concur in actions to remove them. If a district leader does not have the work of the Holy Spirit, two or three other leaders and sermon-givers of the district should concur in actions to remove the district leader. If sermon-givers do not have the work of the Holy Spirit, they can be reassigned directly by the regional decision-making team or district leaders. For the false leaders and false workers who do not have the work of the Holy Spirit, how many evil acts they have done and how God’s chosen people report about them must be ascertained accurately without mistakes. False leaders and false workers with relatively better humanity who do not have the work of the Holy Spirit should only be dismissed but still treated as brothers and sisters. If the false leaders and false workers are wicked people who have committed many evils, they should be evaluated according to the seriousness of their wicked conducts to decide whether they should be expelled. In addition, prior to taking actions to ban the false leaders and antichrists, investigation must be first conducted. The first thing to do is determine the nature of the problem. It must be figured out if they have the work of the Holy Spirit, if the parties involved are false leaders or antichrists. There must be enough factual evidence. Additional inquiries should be conducted with their co-workers and subordinates in order to grasp the specific facts of their evil deeds against God. A list of their wicked deeds must also be made, confirmed by many people to show that the evidence is conclusive. Finally, actions can only be taken after the majority of people who know them confirm the evidence. When the preparatory work is done, the appropriate opportunities must also be chosen. Actions must be taken with caution, prudence and wisdom, never under adverse circumstances. Wherever false leaders and antichrists exist, it can be practiced this way. It is the commandment of God and the authorization of the man used by the Holy Spirit. All leaders and workers who have the work of the Holy Spirit have the right to take action to remove false leaders and antichrists. The premise is safety and the assurance that the church life of God’s chosen people is not disturbed. This is a true good deed and a true act of righteousness. Any work report of banning false leaders and antichrists can be submitted to the above ex post facto when the situation permits.

Some false leaders or false workers show no desire to repent after committing wicked deeds, and continue to suppress people with different opinions. For such evildoers who do not possess even the slightest amount of truth and are capable of much wickedness, if there is consensus among 2-3 leaders and workers who possess the work of the Holy Spirit, such people may be directly removed from their positions. In the cause of eliminating evil to show loyalty to God, such people may be removed before procedures usually allow (and in difficult environments and periods, such actions may be taken without reporting and awaiting approval from the above). Doing this is removing a source of harm and acting to defend righteousness. It is a good and righteous deed that satisfies and consoles God above all others, and the above will absolutely approve and support it.
