112. Principles for Reporting on Leaders and Workers

1. It must be determined that the Holy Spirit is absolutely not at work. Corroboration and support by several people who understand the truth should be obtained. Then the due process for reporting can be followed;

2. If a leader or worker is found to have seriously violated work arrangements, committed evil or suppressed God’s chosen people, he must be reported and exposed;

3. A leader or worker who has transgression or shows corruption should be given help with love. If he refuses to accept the truth, then he can be reported, exposed and replaced;

4. If a leader or worker commits much evil, revealing his true colors, and is revealed to be a wicked person or an antichrist, he must be reported, exposed, removed, and expelled.

The Man’s Fellowship:

3. The Due Process of Reporting on False Leaders and False Workers

There are three principles for distinguishing and identifying false leaders and false workers: 1. It must be absolutely certain that the work of the Holy Spirit is absent; 2. They have bad humanity and notoriety; 3. They neglect their duty, don’t do practical work and commit much evil.

It is the most accurate method to distinguish and identify the false leaders and false workers according to the three principles above. Here the chosen people of God must be clear that leaders and workers in general have transgressions and show corruption but they are not necessarily false leaders or false workers. Transgression is not the same as evil. Their nature is different. Transgression is doing something wrong, taking the wrong way, or choosing the wrong person under clouded judgment while evil is knowingly and intentionally doing evil things compulsively. Therefore, while it is normal for a man to have transgressions, it is an evil person who does all kinds of evil habitually. If any leader or worker is found to fit these three principles, he is bound to be a false leader or false worker.

The due process for reporting on a false leader or false worker is as follows: When sufficient witnesses and evidence are present when enumerating the facts according to the three principles with the corroboration and support of several people who understand the truth, the said leader or worker can be reported upward. The reporting on a district leader can be submitted to the regional decision-making group. The reporting on a member of a regional decision-making group can be submitted to the pastoral decision-making group. If the leaders at all levels are irresponsible and slow in actions, it can be directly submitted to the man used by the Holy Spirit. This is the proper procedure for reporting on a false leader or false worker that leaders and workers at all levels and God’s chosen people should follow. If the problem is particularly serious and someone is clearly exposed to be a false leader or false worker who has committed much evil and aroused public anger, the chosen people of God have the rights to directly remove him. If a leader at any level attempts to shield this person, he can also be directly removed. However, it must be done with sufficient factual basis, convincing and apparent evidence that people can identify in order to be implemented. If the material facts are insufficient, unconvincing to people, watered down by other elements or mixed with fictions, then the reporting party is questionable. It is likely that the leader or worker is being framed by wicked people. The chosen people of God must be able to distinguish without being deceived and exploited by wicked people. They must neither wrongfully accuse a good man nor let off a wicked man. They must adhere to the principle of the truth in order to please God.

Fifth, problems about leaders and workers at any level who suppress, convict, remediate and frame others must be resolved. Aside from the necessity of exposing, cracking down and dealing with the wicked people who have committed much evil, the problems of those with rather poor humanity and bad humanity should be resolved by communicating of the truth to achieve the effects of helping and supporting others with love. If a leader or worker is found to have wantonly suppressed, convicted, remediated and framed the chosen people of God, he must be severely dealt with and remediated. If he fails to repent, he must be replaced. Those who suppress, convict, remediate and frame others are invariably wicked people and bona fide false leaders. The characteristics of false leaders and antichrists are viciousness, insidiousness and the propensity to remediate others. When they work, they seriously breach work arrangements. They even read out of context and do entirely otherwise, in total disregard of the truth when resolving problems. They have no love for God’s chosen people at all. Such evil people definitely lack the work of the Holy Spirit. They are absolutely false leaders and false workers that need to be eliminated.

Now all churches have people similar to those who were in the “band of Korah.” They are up to no good, struggle for power and gain, and create chaos and disturbances in churches everywhere. They are purely obstacles and stumbling blocks of the house of God. These people don’t have an ounce of love for the truth and moreover don’t practice the truth. Their satanic dispositions never change and they specialize in opposing God’s house. Their ambition to establish their own independent kingdom never dies and they are always planning to make a comeback. They are precisely the ones causing chaos everywhere right now. Wherever there is chaos there is the presence of evil and the mischief of demons. This is exactly the kind of conduct similar to that perpetrated by the “band of Korah.” All those who cannot truly obey the work arrangements of the above and intentionally resist the man used by the Holy Spirit so they can do their own things belong in the same category as the “band of Korah.” All such people are regarded as antichrists, and God’s chosen people should learn how to distinguish them and report and expose these demons. All wicked people who disrupt and disturb God’s work and do all kinds of evil are considered demons. If wicked people and demons involved in church activities everywhere are not reported and exposed by those who know their true colors, God’s chosen people will only be able to see through them through long-term observation, and this will delay the work of God’s house. Therefore, anyone who sees through wicked people and demons must speak up and expose them for the sake of protecting God’s work, and must not act like it has nothing to do with them and say nothing. Wicked people certainly won’t repent, because God doesn’t save wicked people. Accordingly, anyone who knows the true colors of wicked people or sees demons disturbing the church should bravely expose them and cooperate with God’s chosen people in punishing these wicked people and demons. Only then are they people who are considerate of God’s intentions and protect God’s work. Anyone who sees the true colors of wicked people and demons but doesn’t expose them is being an accomplice to their wicked deeds and will be implicated by them. Thus, eliminating all wicked people and demons is an unshirkable obligation of God’s chosen people. God’s chosen people should never hesitate to do what’s right, and eliminate all obstacles and stumbling blocks for the sake of expanding the gospel and doing God’s will. God’s chosen people must be clear: All those like the “band of Korah” shall be destroyed.

For people with good humanity who really pursue the truth, even if they make mistakes, commit transgressions and show corruption, the family of God will not investigate into them but allow them to continue practicing. The purpose is to give people the opportunities to perform their duty, do work and get nurtured. They will only be removed and replaced if they really cannot do work. Among all leaders and workers that have been eliminated in the past, whether they felt they were false leaders or false workers, or they were determined by God’s chosen people as such, the family of God ultimately only condemns those false leaders who are wicked people and antichrists. Those false leaders and false workers with rather good or bad humanity were treated with leniency and assisted with love. Only the incorrigible false leaders and antichrists are abandoned, condemned and eliminated. Some original false leaders and false workers who had actually repented were elected by God’s chosen people again as leaders and workers. All this shows that God’s work is to save people at the maximum level. Those who were thoroughly eliminated and banned by God’s family are false leaders who are of wicked ones and antichrists. Due to their evil nature, these antichrists and false leaders do not love the truth at all. They even detest and betray the truth. That’s why they are irredeemable. It is not the family of God that makes life difficult for these people. It’s because God detests the devil Satan, deceitful people and wicked people. Those wicked ones who habitually commit evil are Satan the devil. The wicked will certainly be imprecated and punished. This is decided by God’s righteous and holy disposition.

It is necessary to implement supervision on leaders and workers at all levels. If problems are found that they have committed evil or suppressed God’s chosen people, they can be reported on at any time. Those who are identified to be false leaders and false workers can be persuaded to resign on their own accords. Those who are found to have shown their wicked nature and essence must be impeached, removed and banned. This is consistent with the truth that should be properly treated by leaders and workers at all levels.
