Sermons and Fellowship About God’s Word “It Is Very Important to Understand God’s Disposition” (IX)
It Is Very Important to Understand God’s Disposition (Selections)
“Every sentence I have spoken contains within it the disposition of God. You would do well to ponder My words carefully, and you will surely profit greatly from them. The substance of God is very difficult to grasp, but I trust that you all have at least some idea about the disposition of God. I hope, then, that you will show Me and do more of that which does not offend the disposition of God. Then will I be reassured. For example, keep God in your heart at all times. When you act, do so according to His words. Seek out His intentions in all things, and refrain from doing that which disrespects and dishonors God. Even less should you put God in the back of your mind to fill the future void in your heart. If you do this, you will have offended the disposition of God. Again, supposing you never make blasphemous remarks or complaints against God throughout your life, and again, supposing you are able to discharge properly all that He has entrusted to you and also to submit to all His words throughout your life, then you will have avoided transgressing against the administrative decrees. For example, if you have ever said, ‘Why do I not think that He is God?’ ‘I think that these words are nothing more than some enlightenment of the Holy Spirit,’ ‘In my opinion, not everything God does is necessarily right,’ ‘The humanity of God is not superior to mine,’ ‘The words of God are simply not believable,’ or other such judgmental remarks, then I exhort you to confess and repent your sins more often. Otherwise, you will never have a chance at forgiveness, for you offend not a man, but God Himself. You may believe that you are judging a man, but the Spirit of God does not consider it that way. Your disrespect of His flesh is equal to disrespecting Him. This being so, have you not offended God’s disposition? You must remember that all that is done by the Spirit of God is done in order to safeguard His work in the flesh and in order that this work be done well. If you neglect this, then I say that you are someone who will never be able to succeed in believing in God. For you have provoked the wrath of God, and so He shall use fitting punishment to teach you a lesson.
“Coming to know the substance of God is no trifling matter. You must understand His disposition. In this way, you will, gradually and unknowingly, come to know the substance of God. When you have entered into this knowledge, you will find yourself stepping into a higher and more beautiful state. In the end, you will come to feel ashamed of your hideous soul, and, moreover, will feel that there is nowhere to hide from your shame. At that time, there will be less and less in your conduct to offend the disposition of God, your heart will come closer and closer to that of God, and a love for Him will gradually grow in your heart. This is a sign of mankind entering a beautiful state. But as yet, you have not attained this. As you all rush about for the sake of your destiny, who has any interest in trying to know the substance of God? Should this continue, you will unknowingly transgress against the administrative decrees, for you understand far too little of the disposition of God. So is not what you do now laying down a foundation for your offenses against the disposition of God? That I ask you to understand the disposition of God is not at odds with My work. For if you transgress against the administrative decrees often, who among you will escape punishment? Would My work then not have been entirely in vain? Therefore, I still ask that, in addition to scrutinizing your own conduct, you be cautious in the steps you take. This is the higher demand that I make of you, and I hope that you will all consider it carefully and give it your earnest regard. Should a day come when your actions provoke Me to a towering rage, then the consequences will be yours alone to consider, and there will be no one else to bear the punishment in your place.”
At the last church meeting we discussed three sentences of God’s words. “Again, supposing you never make blasphemous remarks or complaints against God throughout your life, and again, supposing you are able to discharge properly all that He has entrusted to you and also to submit to all His words throughout your life.” Continuing on, God said, “[T]hen you will have avoided transgressing against the administrative decrees.” Avoiding transgressing the administrative decrees means not offending God’s disposition. You offend God’s disposition as soon as you transgress administrative decrees. Transgression of administrative decrees and the offending of God’s disposition go hand in hand. Do you understand? There is a principled argument in offending God’s disposition. Precisely speaking God has clear provisions and administrative regulations. If you do not transgress nor violate His administrative regulations, then you do not offend God’s disposition. At most, you have no knowledge of God and rebel against Him; these are the kinds of problems you will encounter at most. When you violate His stipulated administrative decree, this is truly offending God’s disposition. The consequence of offending God’s disposition is having to face punishment. God will treat you with the appropriate punishment and you must be punished. What does this administrative decree mean? It is the commandment of the Age of Kingdom and also the administrative decree of the church of the Age of Kingdom. There are two provisions of the greatest administrative decrees: The first provision is that people must obey all that Christ says, pursue the truth and enter reality in God’s words, to attain reverence for God, to magnify God, and to exalt and bear witness to God in all matters. This is the greatest administrative decree, absolute obedience to Christ. The second provision is to obey the man whom God witnesses and to obey everything he says, whether it is right or wrong. No matter whether right or wrong, you must obey it. Is this not easy to understand? Some people say: “I can obey the things that he says that are right but do I have to obey that which is wrong?” Why ask people to obey whether it is right or wrong? What does this mean? It doesn’t matter whether what people say is right or wrong. Some things seem to be one way temporarily and then a little later, they seem to be another way. They are words spoken in different statures and stages of development. At the time you may see it is right but after a while, not necessarily right. So what does this prove? People’s words are not the truth, only God’s words are the truth. Even if the words people say are right, at best they conform to the truth, but you cannot say they are the truth. There is no right or wrong in many words. Let’s take an example. For example, every year I make work arrangements, which I have done for more than twenty years. Up to now, the work of God’s family has completely been on track. There are some previous work arrangements which were done in the context of that time, under special circumstances which are no longer practical now. I have eliminated those that are no longer practical and kept those that are practical. So tell me, do the parts which are not practical and have been eliminated conform to the truth? Everyone says they conform to the truth. So if they conform to the truth, how are they still eliminated? It is according to the context at that time. Done in that way in that context it was right and it was necessary, but in this context it’s complete and not needed, so it is eliminated. This is what there being no right or wrong means. Do not concern yourself with right and wrong with regards the words of the man whom the Holy Spirit uses or the work arrangements he does. Just concern yourself with obeying them. This is what God has arranged and stipulated. Why not let you consider right and wrong? Because he is used by the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit bears this responsibility. He has the boundaries and limits of the details and in his heart he is clear about what rules the church should have and what principles should be applied for all aspects of matters, so you do not need to be concerned with right and wrong. As God uses him, the Holy Spirit uses him, his work guarantees that he can bring you before God and guarantees he can do the work of God’s family well. You do not need to worry about this as it is ordained by God and directly used by the Holy Spirit. Do you understand? If not directly used by the Holy Spirit, does God ask you not to categorize right and wrong and to absolutely obey? With regards leaders and workers does God say to not categorize right and wrong and to absolutely obey them? No. What is the origin of this? Why does God say suchlike? As long as he is the man used by the Holy Spirit, you can be rest assured and need not worry. God is in charge of all these big matters. Do you understand? Some people say: “I cannot rest assured as they are all corrupt mankind. What do I base trusting him on?” What is this problem? It is daring to doubt God, which offends God’s disposition. For example, the words of the two hundred and fifty leaders who rose up against Moses did not judge Moses, so why did God get angry and do away with these two hundred and fifty leaders right away? They were resisting Moses, so why would God get angry? Because Moses was used by God. Their judging of Moses was actually against God, so God got angry directly. God examines the innermost heart of man! Look at that deceitful man talking sometimes evasively and you cannot pick out what the fault is but when God searches a person’s innermost heart, God knows his intentions and what these words are against. Is this not the case?
How can you determine offending God’s disposition? You can determine this based on whether or not it transgresses His administrative decree. A transgression of God’s administrative decrees is offending God’s disposition. If there is no transgression of God’s administrative decrees then God’s disposition is not offended. This must be understood. So what is transgressing God’s administrative decrees? The words of commandments of the new age are all administrative decrees and the ten administrative decrees of the church are even more administrative decrees. Violation of the commandments, the administrative decrees that God made public and the administrative decrees of the Age of Kingdom is offending God’s disposition. Is that clear? God also cited some examples as follows. We shall take a look at what administrative decrees these people transgressed. “For example, if you have ever said, ‘Why do I not think that He is God?’” The words in this sentence transgress God’s administrative decrees. Some people do not understand and say: “How do the words in this sentence transgress God’s administrative decrees?” The words in “Utterances of Christ in the Beginning” were the words of the Holy Spirit to the churches. The Holy Spirit has testified that Christ is God, but if you think that He is not God then is this the opposite of God’s words? Does this transgress administrative decrees? It directly transgresses God’s words. Your denial of God and the Holy Spirit’s testimonies of Christ’s words is a transgression of the administrative decrees. “‘Why do I not think that He is God?’” You conclude that He is not God based on your notions, but are your notions the truth? Why do you determine that He is not God based on your notions? This is the absurdity of man. He does not accept the truth and takes his notions and imagination as the truth to judge God, resulting in him resisting God. Did the Pharisees do this? This is a serious problem. The Holy Spirit directly testified that Almighty God is incarnated and the manifestation of the one true God. Some people deny it and even directly deny it; this transgresses God’s administrative decrees.
There are still some people who say about what God reveals, “‘I think that these words are nothing more than some enlightenment of the Holy Spirit.’” Do the words in this sentence transgress God’s administrative decrees? Do you know what the Holy Spirit’s enlightenment and the words of God are? Can you tell them apart? Can you differentiate them? Can the Holy Spirit’s words of enlightenment represent God’s words? Are the Holy Spirit’s words of enlightenment the same thing as God’s words? You place the Holy Spirit’s words of enlightenment on a par with the words of God. This shows that you do not know the words of God. If you do not know the words of God you should seek the truth. “What is the difference between Holy Spirit’s words of enlightenment and the words of God? Why can you not say that the Holy Spirit’s words of enlightenment are the words of God?” Why do you not seek? What are you blindly inferring? Can you go to the spiritual world to ask God and verify with God’s Spirit? You cannot do any of this. You are talking nonsense. Is this not intentionally offending God’s disposition? So the words “‘I think that these words are nothing more than some enlightenment of the Holy Spirit’” transgress God’s administrative decrees. The Holy Spirit clearly testifies that Almighty God is God incarnate, the manifestation of the one true God and the King of the kingdom. You deny the Holy Spirit’s testimony, saying, “The words Christ uttered are nothing more than some enlightenment of the Holy Spirit.” This is a serious judgment and blasphemy of God! This offends God’s disposition.
Below we look again at another sentence about people judging God by God’s revelations, “‘In my opinion, not everything God does is necessarily right.’” Is this sentence serious? It is serious! It directly offends God’s disposition! What do you base saying that God doesn’t necessarily do things right on? You make a judgment based on your notions, but are your notions the truth? Why do you take your notions as the truth? If your notions are the truth, how do you not speak God’s words? How do you not utter the truth? Can you utter those foul notions and imaginations of yours, making everyone attest to them and convinced of them? Do you dare utter them? Is the problem with the words, “‘In my opinion, not everything God does is necessarily right’” serious? Are these the words that doubt God? They doubt God. If you doubt God, it is fine for there to be doubt in your heart, but don’t speak it out. Seek the truth. Before people have gained the truth, having some notions and imagination is very normal, but do not say them. If you can say them, then this is a judgment. Having some things on your mind and not saying them is one thing but is there a difference in having these ideas and thoughts in your heart and saying them out loud? There is a difference. Because of what? People understanding and gaining the truth is not a matter of a few years. Without ten or twenty years of effort it is absolutely not possible. This is my personal experience. So at this stage, before you have gained the truth, within ten to twenty years, if you do not speak out about these ideas in your heart but seek the truth, God will not determine the offense and your sin. What does God see this as? As being a natural regular pattern and normal. You did not speak out, but just have this thing and are still seeking the truth, you still do not thoroughly understand and do not express them as mature views. So not saying it is not a judgment; saying it is a judgment. Do you understand? What should you do if you have notions on some words of God, or have some ideas? Is it good to say your judgments or keep them inside whilst you seek the truth and then see? Everyone says you must keep it in your heart and seek the truth first. You can do this as long as you hold God in awe and veneration. To not hold God in awe and veneration and let go of what is in your heart and even wanting to vent your judgment and dissatisfaction with God offends God’s disposition. Do you understand? Do you think that people see things correctly with their eyes? Everyone thinks incorrectly. What does people seeing things incorrectly with their eyes show? People are not the truth and really cannot work things out. People’s notions and imagination are the most ignorant, subconscious things and are even less the truth. If you do not understand some words about God and cannot accept them, then seek the truth and pray to God. Tell God, “I do not recognize this sentence as the truth. I suspect this sentence did not come from You.” Is this way of praying good? This is debating with God! How arrogant do you have to be to pray like this, debating with God when you pray? Is debating and theorizing with God when you pray and disobeying God not what the demon Satan does? How do people who are truly devout and hold God in awe and veneration pray? They admit that they are ignorant, “God, I am dust and I am ignorant. I do not understand some of Your words and sometimes I have notions, but I cannot judge You, because I recognize that You are the truth, even if I cannot accept and do not understand some of Your words, I still cannot deny Your words.” The devout speak like this. Is this a good way of praying? If you pray like this, God sees, “This person is really reasonable. Although he does not understand and has notions, he does not speak carelessly but seeks the truth, so I will enlighten him.” And so God will enlighten you.
Let’s look again at the sentences where God reveals people offending God’s disposition. The first sentence, “‘Why do I not think that He is God?’” is serious. He denies God based on his conceptions and imagination, by taking hold of some weakness of the humanity. This is a scoundrel’s logic. The second sentence, “‘I think that these words are nothing more than some enlightenment of the Holy Spirit,’” is also a serious problem. Here he puts the words of God and the Holy Spirit’s words of enlightenment on a par. This is pure blasphemy. The third sentence is “‘[i]n my opinion, not everything God does is necessarily right.’” You dare to deny God and say that God does not do things right. Unbelievers do not deny God and they often say, “Except God, everybody can certainly make mistakes. People will inevitably make mistakes and only God will not.” Unbelievers all recognize that God will not make mistakes, so why do you say, “[N]ot everything God does is necessarily right”? This is no better than unbelievers! Does this offend God? This offends God. Some people say: “There is nothing wrong in what God says and does, but how can the words God speaks in humanity all be right?” Everything that God does is right. Christ’s work and words in humanity are all right, because Christ is governed by His divinity when He speaks. He is governed by the divinity when He fellowships the truth and sees people. The words that Christ fellowships are much more specific than my sermons. A lot of the things I say are rather general, but Christ speaks in more detail. When it comes to the language of human life, it cannot be designated as being right or wrong. For example, on hearing the weather forecast, Christ says, “It will rain, let’s bring umbrellas” and after a day outside without it raining, would you say it was a mistake to take an umbrella? It was not. Some people complain: “Christ, You made us bring umbrellas and it didn’t rain! You don’t even know if it will rain or not, are You really God?” What mistake has been made in saying this? Whether it rains or not is an external issue, which does not matter to God. What the Holy Spirit does in Christ is that Christ will utter whatever the Holy Spirit wishes to utter. If the Holy Spirit does not ask Him to utter, then the Holy Spirit will not do this work either, so the Holy Spirit will not intervene in external matters. In pace with normal humanity, whatever He does and says is fine, as long as humanity is normal. There is no right and wrong. So do not put Christ’s human life speech and actions or that which does not conform to your conceptions on a par with what God says and does. Do not view things like that. It is wrong to view things like that. Is doing so an offense to God’s disposition? People who offend God’s disposition will be subject to the relevant punishment. If you offend several times, then there will be trouble. You will have no good fate and the outcome will be to sink into destruction. This is a dangerous thing!
Some people say: “I see some people offend God and they do not accept God’s last days’ work and make judgments and condemn Him, yet they are fine. God’s words say that if you offend Him you will die and if you resist you will die, but I see they haven’t died! It doesn’t seem like a big problem, like saying a couple of judgmental condemning sentences is not an issue.” Is this view right? Everyone says it is not right. In what places is it not right? God does things with principles. Some people are misled in offending God and for some people it is intentional. They know the truth but commit offense intentionally. Now some people who have intentionally offended have really been struck down, but some people have not been directly struck down. Look at the peak years of expansion of the gospel in mainland China, from 1996 to 2000. There were more than ten thousand cases of punishment for resisting Almighty God alone. Ninety percent were religious leaders who were all quite well known in the religious community. All of them met with God’s punishment and died. They were not particularly old. Some were thirty to forty, some forty to fifty and some fifty to sixty years old. What does this show? It has fulfilled God’s words: “Defiance means death!” This sentence does not mean instant death upon first resistance or inevitable death for a single act of resistance. “Defiance means death” includes giving you a chance to seek. God is merciful toward people. If you just resist once or twice, God will warn you and will make you develop an illness. If people do not repent and mend their ways and continue to resist and be stiff-necked and, consciously resist, then they will be struck down. No one will fall down dead having just made a judgment and spoken and no one will immediately die from blockading a church. People will only die from resisting for a period. During this period of resistance, God gives people boundaries and if people cross this line, never seek the truth, resist to a high level and do not repent and mend their ways, God will strike them down. These cases are all this type of situation. They all continuously resisted for one, two or three years. Some did many things in one year and died and some did many things in two years and died. Based on these examples, let us understand “[d]efiance means death” again. How should we understand it? If you finish resisting and you do not know how to repent and mend your ways, do not seek the truth and can still continue to resist over and over again then you will die. Is it good to translate and understand it in this way? This way is real, is it not? Some people say: “Actually some people died, but some people didn’t die. How do you explain this?” For some people, even if their body does not die, God does not save their soul. Even if someone’s body still breathes but God does not save their soul, they are the same as a dead man. Let’s take an example. For example, some antichrists do multiple evil deeds, interrupt and disturb the work of God’s family and want to be self-reliant and make people obey them, and even through severe pruning and dealing they do not know how to repent and mend their ways. Even if they write a written statement on repentance, they have no true understanding and as a result they will be expelled. Once expelled, they still walk on air there, “Hmm, what does expulsion matter? I believe in God, not people!” Is there disobedience in this? But people who understand the truth know that once you are expelled by the church, this person is finished and their career of believing in God has come to an end. They are a dead man in God’s eyes! Although stubborn and reluctant to admit mistakes, they cannot be so for several days. They are stubborn and reluctant to admit mistakes but their hearts are already paralyzed. Some people are stubborn and reluctant to admit mistakes and say: “I believe in God, not people. People have expelled me, not God!” Then they say again, “I believe in God, not people.” If you say it again three times, you have not yet come to an end saying it and your heart is paralyzed, your mouth cannot speak the words and you pretend to stand firm! If you really have the truth, then why is your heart paralyzed? You should be stronger. Why can you not stand firm enough? Matters of offending God’s disposition are like this. It is no use standing firm. It is false. Actually your heart is already paralyzed. As soon as God forsakes him, this person is unsavable and given up on. You say that this person’s body is still breathing and hasn’t died, but is their soul not dead? They are already a dead person, and so it is explained. The consequences of resisting God are awful! If people do not hold God in awe and veneration, then they will be cursed by God; it is like death by an invisible sword. People cannot see how the sword kills them and, in fact, their soul is already dead. If you do not accept and resist even one word of God, it is no use you being even more stubborn on the outside as your soul is already dead.
The following is another sentence where God reveals people judging God’s words. “‘The humanity of God is not superior to mine.’” What does this sentence mean? It means that your humanity is better than God’s humanity. Is that the meaning? So what kind of humanity is God’s humanity? And what kind of humanity is your humanity? Can we dissect them? We must at least say that God’s humanity is normal, isn’t that right? If people view their humanity as being higher than God’s, then that means they view it as being better than normal humanity. I suspect their humanity is a bit hypocritical in nature. Hypocritical things appear to be better than real things, but they are fake. Is this not the case? What is hypocritical humanity? It is saying things really well verbally, and having a really good exterior. Like some people are antichrists, some people are demons and some people do not accept the truth, yet they appear particularly kind on the outside. As soon as they see dogs fighting each other, they say, “Oh, that is so cruel!” One look at the animal world and they say, “Oh, that is too cruel! How can God allow such a cruel animal to exist in the world?” What is wrong with these words? These words are judging God and say that God creating all beings and the animal world is unfair, unreasonable and without mercy and love. Is this the meaning? As soon as they pretend and say that this and that is too cruel, it makes people see them and say, “Oh, they are so compassionate and so loving!” Are there really such people? Is this a little bit fake? They say, “It’s too cruel, too pitiful,” when actually they do things more cruelly than anyone and more cruelly than any animal. Are there many people like this in the world? For example, when they see a dog bite another dog, they say, “It’s too cruel, animals killing each other, it’s too cruel.” When they see the rich killing the poor and exploiting the poor, they laugh and say, “The poor should be exploited. Who made them poor?” What is the problem with this? This is called hypocrisy. Vulnerable groups are oppressed and the great red dragon cruelly harms people. They do not say it is too cruel but applaud and shout out long live the great red dragon. Are such people quite hateful? Is this not hypocrisy? It is a case of the cat mourning the mouse’s death! As soon as I hear people who speak like this, I feel disgusted and want to follow and investigate them. I wonder what good deeds they have done and how caring they are to the poor. If you had two gowns would you give one to the poor? How many words did you say against the great red dragon harming people, and what did you say in defense of those vulnerable people who are oppressed? They did not have anything to say about this business. Looking at the animal world and dogs biting dogs, they put on a fake pity, as if they are really kind and holy. They don’t do any of the duties and moral things that real people should do. People like this are all hypocrites and affect a high moral tone!
All those who say, “‘The humanity of God is not superior to mine,’” are feigning the high humanity that they speak of; it is not normal humanity. Hypocritical humanity and fake benevolence humanity is put on on the outside. People see it as being superior to normal humanity, but it is a false pretense. They cannot do these things. It is all talk and empty words. They have no actual deeds and do not really live it. You say that your humanity is superior to Christ’s but can you save mankind? Christ, however, can save mankind. How can His true love of saving mankind not be superior to your humanity? How do you dare say God’s humanity is not superior to yours? If your humanity is great, then how have you not saved mankind? If your humanity is great, then how have you not borne witness to God? If your humanity is great, then how can you not obey God? If your humanity is great yet you do not have the reality of obeying God and bearing witness to God, then how are you great? You see, you are only great with your mouth and great at being a hypocrite. Is this not the case? Compare normal humanity with the all talk, hypocritical humanity and which looks greater from the outside? We all know that in front of people and in front of the political parties of the world, the Chinese Communist Party sounds the best and the most persuasive and that there is no political party which can speak more superiorly than the Chinese Communist Party. The Chinese Communist Party appears to speak in a really pleasing manner on the international political arena, with great humanity, but what it does behind people’s backs is what the king of devils does and is very cruel and inhuman! In order to maintain stability and to stabilize the regime, it does not care how many people are killed; it does not even blink an eye. Is this not the case? Therefore, all those who flaunt their own humanity as being superior to God’s are hypocrites. Only the devil can say such words. Christ does not pretend and lie. He is completely true. So Christ’s humanity is normal. From the outside, you cannot see that normal humanity is superior to hypocrites’ humanity. It appears inferior to it. But it is real and hypocrites’ humanity is fake, although it looks superior from the outside. It has no love and no reality. It comes from pretense and is dressed up. To see whether people’s humanity is normal or not and whether or not people have humanity, first look at the reality. Look to see whether or not they have the truth and their true manifestations. Do not just listen to what they say. It is not okay to just listen to what they say and just look at how they perform. You must look at their reality. That is, how they get on with people and work. Look to see whether they can bear witness to God in what they say, whether or not they can seek the truth in what they do and whether or not they can truly obey God. If they can seek and obey the truth, revere God and shun evil, then their humanity is normal and they are living a normal humanity. If they are not in awe and veneration of God and they do not understand the truth, nor obey the truth, then they are corrupt mankind and do not have normal humanity, nor any humanity. What does normal humanity mean? It means to have a conscience and a sense of reason, to understand the truth and act based on principles, to hold God in awe and veneration and be able to hold God up high and bear witness for God. On the one hand, being able to hold God up high and witness God is the sense of reason that people should have, but on the other hand, it is the conscience people should have. It is repaying God’s love, isn’t it? If God saves you, could you not bear witness to God? If God saves you, could you not expend yourself for Him? If God saves you, can you not do your duty to repay Him His love? This is called conscience. What about a sense of reason? We must hold God up high and revere God. We must act in accordance with God’s words. This is a sense of reason.
People who have normal humanity do things in a principled manner. They understand the truth and do things in an orderly manner. So often people do not view normal humanity very highly from the outside; it is all very ordinary and normal. In general people do not say that normal humanity is the highest and most standard humanity. They do not understand this and do not know what normal humanity is. In fact, only normal humanity is the best and the greatest humanity. If you can understand this thoroughly, you will understand the meaning of what I am saying. They do not understand that normal humanity is the highest humanity and the standard for being human and that it accords with God’s intentions. They view hypocritical humanity and those packaged humanities highly. Is this not blindness? They do not understand that only normal humanity is what God wants, real humanity, the best humanity and that it has the truth. If you asked me again to do things that those people view as good and approve of, I would not do them. Can you say that my humanity is not high? I do things in accordance with the principles of the truth. I do not offer those good intentions. In the past I offered too many good intentions. Which humanity is great? Is the humanity of normal humanity great or is the humanity of people who offer good intentions or hypocritical humanity great? Many people do not understand this aspect of the truth. They say: “Sometimes normal humanity lacks love and sometimes it lacks kindness.” That is wrong. God does actual work and handles concrete affairs. Is your humanity so great that you can save people? Is your humanity so great that you can bestow the truth upon people? Is your humanity so great that you can transform people? Is your humanity so great that you can perfect people? You cannot perfect anything. Is your humanity so great that you can do God’s will and bear witness to God? It is not. So that greatness is useless; it is false, fake and a pretense. Only God’s normal humanity is the greatest and best humanity.
Some people say, “‘The humanity of God is not superior to mine.’” In what way are the people that say these words wrong? They do not understand what humanity is and understand even less what normal humanity is. They cannot tell what the difference in the essence is between normal humanity and corrupt humanity. They do not have these truths. They only see the outer packaging and when compared with the speech of normal humanity, they think that the humanity with a nice outer packaging is good and great. Is this not an ignorant argument? It is too ignorant. Some priests preach in a tone that is extremely loving and respectful toward people. People are very particularly comfortable listening to them, as if in the winter their hearts would warm just listening to the priests’ sermons and they would not need to wear quilted jackets. But how well do priests do things? Can their preaching provide you with life? It cannot. It is all just words and doctrine and the tone and wording is all dressed up. That is what hypocritical Pharisees are. Do you like dressed-up words? When brothers and sisters meet the first thing they say is: “Brothers and sisters hello!” Everyone says “Hello!” And when brothers and sisters go, they say, “Brothers and sisters, goodbye!” Is this good? Everyone says no. How is it not good? Everyone feels uncomfortable. It feels courteous and fake. There is nothing wrong with the words. You can see they are formulated and etiquette; they are too fake and unnecessary. Is that not so? Let us not use that sham way. Jesus often said, “Truly, truly, I say to you….” You see, the Lord Jesus spoke truly and did not use those courteous, false words. The main characteristic of normal humanity is speaking honestly and practically, without fakery, courtesy and packaging. Jesus is the truth, the way and life. His humanity is normal humanity. Because there are no shams in normal humanity, and none of that exterior adornment and packaging, what you see is ordinary and normal. However, everything that God does is real. God’s love is real and God saves people in practice. God’s mercy on people is real. This is the essence of His humanity.
Some people say, “‘The humanity of God is not superior to mine.’” They do not understand what normal humanity is. They think hypocritical humanity is real humanity, but they are wrong. That is fake and packaged. Moreover, there are some people who present good intentions. They do something good on the outside and people think that is having humanity. Does God present good intentions when He does something? God does not present good intentions. God is the truth. He does things and treats people in a principled manner. People always present good intentions and appear to be superior to God’s humanity. Is this kind of view absurd? Does presenting good intentions represent normal humanity? Can presenting good intentions represent people having the truth? Is presenting good intentions amount to doing things according to principles? What kind of humanity exactly is the humanity of presenting good intentions? Hypocritical humanity. If you still think that your humanity is superior to God’s, then this is absurd and fallacy. Do you still present good intentions? No one presents them. Do all things in a principled manner. If people suffer a little on the outside then that is what they should suffer. It means trouble if they do not suffer and they will not learn a lesson and gain the truth. When God arranges for them to suffer, you ruin it. Is this not interrupting and disturbing God’s work? When the Lord Jesus was about to be crucified, Peter went forward and took Him and said, “Lord, it must not be so! This must not happen to You!” What did the Lord say? “Get you behind Me, Satan” (see Mat 16:22–23). This matter is satanic. This is not a small matter! God got angry with Peter about this. The Lord has never said such words to Peter before. The Lord Jesus’s crucifixion is ordered by God. He must be crucified; only then can He be a sin offering for people. What your presenting good intentions obstructs and interrupts is the work of God. Those who obstruct God’s management plan are classed amongst the likes of the devil and Satan. Does serious presenting of good intentions offend God’s disposition?
There are also people who say, “‘The words of God are simply not believable.’” Is this not fallacy? Why say it is fallacy? Because all God’s words are the truth. If you do not seek and blindly judge, it proves that you do not know the words of God. What is not being able to make people believe? Why do other people not say so? Have you sought the truth? How many years have you experienced God’s work? God’s words are all words of saving people. They are all beneficial to cleansing and perfecting people. So every one of God’s words can be for people’s life. They are all said to cleanse and perfect people. Do you dare say they cannot make people believe? When God’s work is finished, every word of God must be fulfilled and accomplished. Why do you say they cannot make people believe? You are talking nonsense with your eyes wide open; these are lies.
God said, “For example, if you have ever said … or other such judgmental remarks, then I exhort you to confess and repent your sins more often. Otherwise, you will never have a chance at forgiveness.” What do you see from these words? For all those who have said this kind of judgmental words, God urges people to confess and repent more often, otherwise they will never get a chance of forgiveness, meaning that you have to confess and repent to have a chance at forgiveness. Is there tolerance in these words of God? Is there patience in these words of God? Is this God’s mercy? God still has mercy for such people and still gives you a chance, but this is the last warning! It is to let you confess and repent. If you do not confess and repent, you will never have the opportunity for forgiveness. What does never having the chance for forgiveness show? Does it offend God’s disposition? If you do not confess and repent you will be condemned. This shows that you have offended God’s disposition. Some people do not understand. “What kinds of words offend God’s disposition? Which kinds of words transgress God’s administrative decrees?” God has cited a few examples of transgressions of God’s disposition. Do you understand? If you have said words which transgress God’s disposition, what should you do? Quickly confess and repent. If you do not and still persist, you will never have a chance at forgiveness! What does never having a chance at forgiveness mean? Being condemned. The outcome is to sink down; God will not want you and will not save you. This is what it means.
As follows, God gives a reason, “[F]or you offend not a man, but God Himself.” Here, is God Himself referring to His Spirit or to incarnation? The incarnation is God Himself, is it not? Is offending Jesus not offending God’s disposition? This was declared guilty. So regarding the words Jesus spoke and everything He did, people cannot judge. This is the administrative decrees of the kingdom! If you judge, then you must quickly confess and repent. If you do not confess and repent you will never have a chance at forgiveness. This is called administrative decrees, God’s administrative decrees, the administrative decrees of the Age of Kingdom. There is another. You see the administrative decrees of the kingdom; you must not violate any one of the decrees. Otherwise, all offend God’s disposition. As soon as people judge anything stemming from God’s words and work, then they have resisted God, resisting God is offending God and one must confess and repent for offending God, otherwise you will never get a chance at forgiveness. Some people say what if I do not confess and repent but slowly put things right? That won’t do. Who shall confirm that you have put things right? How do you prove that you have put things right? You must confess and repent with God and say things clearly. These are God’s words and demands. Do not do act blindly based on people’s notions and imagination. You must act in accordance with God’s words and do whatever God tells you to do. This is not what I said; this is what God said. God said, “[T]hen I exhort you to confess and repent your sins more often. Otherwise, you will never have a chance at forgiveness.” These are God’s words, so people who have offended God’s disposition must quickly repent and amend their ways more often. This is of utmost importance! Some people say: “I did not know before and so I did not repent and amend my ways.” Do you still have this notion now? Have you spoken such words? Now you know it, hastily confess and repent. You have not offended one person, but God Himself. This is serious. God’s disposition does not tolerate any human being offending Him. This is the administrative decree of the kingdom!
Let’s continue. God says, “You may believe that you are judging a man, but the Spirit of God does not consider it that way. Your disrespect of His flesh is equal to disrespecting Him.” The Spirit of God sees things this way. Disrespecting His flesh is tantamount to disrespecting the Spirit of God. This is the Holy Spirit’s principle for dealing with this matter. You see, the Holy Spirit acts based on this principle. He will not let you off. If you do not confess and repent your sins, He will not forgive you. “You may believe that you are judging a man, but the Spirit of God does not consider it that way.” Read this sentence two more times. Why does God’s Spirit not consider things that way? Because the flesh speaks under the direction of the Spirit of God, the flesh is the Holy Spirit’s outlet, and the utterance of the flesh is the direct expression of the Holy Spirit and is directly governed by the Holy Spirit. So if you judge the words that God’s flesh speaks, that is tantamount to judging the Holy Spirit and judging the Holy Spirit’s utterance. Is this how it is? Why is it that “[y]our disrespect of His flesh is equal to disrespecting Him”? That flesh is worn by the Holy Spirit, so can the Holy Spirit agree with your judgment? The Holy Spirit has principles in wearing the flesh. The flesh is not worn indiscriminately and must be suitable as His outlet, must fit Him to wear and must be able to do this work. So the flesh worn by God has been carefully designed by God. Can it be ok for such flesh worn by God to be casually judged by people? Is this not directly resisting God? This problem is serious. “Your disrespect of His flesh is equal to disrespecting Him. This being so, have you not offended God’s disposition?” You are exactly offending God’s disposition. So all those who resist, condemn and judge the flesh of God incarnate are directly resisting, condemning and judging God and directly offending God’s disposition.
Let us continue the fellowship. God said: “You must remember that all that is done by the Spirit of God is done in order to safeguard His work in the flesh and in order that this work be done well. If you neglect this, then I say that you are someone who will never be able to succeed in believing in God.” You cannot neglect this command, but which command? This command: “You must remember that all that is done by the Spirit of God is done in order to safeguard His work in the flesh and in order that this work be done well.” So, whoever offends the flesh of God offends God’s disposition and God’s administrative decrees. This is extremely serious! If you have offended, and you think you have not died, nor become ill and so you continue to offend, then you have taken a more dangerous step which is not far from death. If you take it back, saying “I do not understand,” quickly confess and repent, then it is not a big issue and God will give you a chance. If you do this repeatedly and go even further, then even if the flesh does not die, God will throw you there, but you will face the great disasters and will die. It will not be possible to enter the kingdom nor to survive. Some people say: “What you are saying shows the problem is serious.” Is what I have said an exaggeration? This is a matter related to life. Is your resisting God not related to life? Can it not be related to life? This is not a trivial matter! There are some things I have not elaborated on. Do those with serious sexual immorality have the Holy Spirit’s work? Does the Holy Spirit work on those who always judge God behind His back? No. Those whose humanity is not good or too bad are written off. Their believing in God cannot succeed. If they can do service for a while and enjoy a little of God’s grace then that is good enough for them. Is this the case? Now some people ponder, “I want to do something bad.” Do not do bad things. If you do more good things you will not necessarily succeed, but if you do bad things, one of which is serious then it will drive you to your death. And you even want to do more! You say, “I want to go steady with someone, is that ok?” Do not try to test God. If you indiscriminately engage in promiscuity then you are finished. If you do not commit promiscuity but go steady with someone then the problem is not too serious, but it will delay life. Does going steady with someone delay the growth in life? I am not exaggerating this. Is now the critical moment? Everyone is concerned with one matter and that is when will God’s work finish? And do you think it can still be long? In these two years, 2017 and 2018, big things will happen. We shall not say too much, because these things are very secret and I cannot tell them accurately either. Anyway, these two years are critical. This is certain. How are they critical? God’s work may really end and after it ends, the catastrophes shall start to come. When God’s work ends, if you have committed many sins, not expended for God and not pursued the truth either, then is that not a loss?
After listening to these words that I am communing now, you will be enlightened and have some understanding and this is entry into life. Do you know what this means if you obtain these things to a certain level that you know God and feel in awe and veneration of God? You will obtain the truth and life. If you have life, then you belong to God. If you do not obtain life, then you belong to service-doers who belong to Satan. Whether you are a service-doer or one of God’s people is decided by the pursuit of these two years. These two years determine people’s ending! Do you understand? Now is the time when people’s outcomes are determined and you are still there confounded, still regretting not pursuing the world. Saying such words, you do not know what is good for you. Look at those people who have gone. When they leave, God’s family does not keep them at all and does not say goodbye. They are that free. Are they not? Where are the goodbyes? As soon as you leave the kingdom, your name is no longer in Christ’s book of life and matters to do with you believing in God are finished for life and end here, period. Do you think leaving is not a problem? You cannot return and the Holy Spirit does not acknowledge you. Do you know what happened when Adam and Eve left the Garden of Eden? Once they left the Garden of Eden they could not return. There is no path to turn back! If you do not believe it, look at some people who say, “I am leaving the church and pursuing the world.” They are finished as soon as their feet step out of the door. If they do not leave and say before stepping out the door, “I am not leaving,” then this is ok, come back and sit down. If they step out then the Holy Spirit will count this as their having betrayed and will delete their name. Is anyone willing to take this gamble? As soon as you step out of the doors of the church you are finished and destined to perish. It is a betrayal and you are condemned. Is it not? God’s administrative decrees and disposition are like this. He means what He says. “I mean what I say, and what I mean shall be accomplished, and what I accomplish shall last forever.” This is all according to God’s words. “Defiance means death!” That means really dying. After you have finished resisting and have not yet repented, but continue to resist then you are condemned. If you resist then you will die and no one can save you.
God says: “For you have provoked the wrath of God, and so He shall use fitting punishment to teach you a lesson.” This shows that God’s disposition does not tolerate offense. If you offend it, you will face the relevant punishment! Some people say: “I have not yet experienced this.” So go and experience it and afterward you will certainly have attained experience. Look at how many people believed in God before. Everyone all knew each other and had believed for more than a decade. Were there any people who left? Were there any people who were eliminated? Were there any people who betrayed? There were all of these. For example, there is a church which had some people before who were leaders and did their duty in the limelight. Now some people are gone. What happened? Some people were eliminated, some were purged, some were expelled and some withdrew. The people who remain stand firm. During the following one to two years, could some of these people make an individual exit? It is possible. Anyway, the majority of these people could stand firm. This majority are all God’s people who could all do their duty normally and accept the truth and obey God’s work and thus are remained. Amongst the remainder, some are service-doers, hardly pursuing the truth and become service-doers to survive. So God’s work is like great waves lashing the sand. After a few years, some people will have changed, those who should go will leave sooner or later and those who should stand firm will certainly stand firm. This is the real situation of God’s work. They all eat and drink God’s words. Why have some people been eliminated and revealed? Why can some people pursue and accept the truth and stand firm? God’s work reveals people, perfects people and eliminates people in this way. Those people who stand firm at the end have obtained it and have a place in the kingdom. God is reassured. They are all people of God’s family. They have no conceptions on how you prune and deal with them, but just have obedience. These are the people who God wants to obtain. Do you understand now?
