Every stage of work God does has practical significance. At that time when Jesus came, he was a male; this time when God comes, he is a female. From this you can see that God’s creating both man and woman can be for his work and that with God there is no distinction of gender. When his Spirit comes, he can put on any flesh as he likes, and this flesh can represent him. Whether this flesh is male or female, he can represent God as long as he is God’s incarnated flesh. If Jesus had come as a female, that is, if at that time a female baby had been conceived by the Holy Spirit instead of a male baby, she could have accomplished that stage of work all the same. If that had been the case, this stage of work today would have to be done by a male, and he could accomplish the work too. Both stages of works have significance, and they do not repeat each other but do not contradict each other either. At that time when Jesus worked, he was called the only begotten Son. “Son” means a male. Why is God not called the only begotten Son in this stage? Because he has taken a different gender from Jesus’ according to the need of the work. With God there is no distinction of gender. He works in whatever way he likes, and he works without any restrictions and in a very free way, but each stage of his work has practical significance. God has been incarnated twice. Needless to say, his incarnation in the end time is the last one, and he has come to manifest all his deeds. If in this stage God were not incarnated to personally work for people to see, then in their notions they would forever believe that God is only male and not female. Before, people all believed that God could only be male and a female could not be called God, because they all regarded man as the authority over woman and believed that woman could not hold authority but only man could. And they said that man was the head of woman and woman had to submit to man and could not be above man. The word “man is the head of woman,” which was said before, was directed at the Adam and Eve who had been beguiled by the serpent and not directed at the man and the woman created by Jehovah in the beginning. Of course, a woman must submit to her husband and love her husband, and a husband must learn to support his family. These were the decrees and laws set down by Jehovah, which mankind must keep when they lived on earth. Jehovah said to the woman, “Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you.” He said that only for the purpose that mankind (that is, man and woman) could live normally under his authority and that mankind could live in an orderly way, not without rules. So, Jehovah made proper regulations as to how man and woman should act. These were only directed at all created beings living on earth and had nothing to do with God’s incarnated flesh. How could God be the same as created beings? His word was only directed at the created mankind, and it was for the created mankind to have a normal life that he made regulations for both man and woman. When Jehovah created mankind in the beginning, he created two kinds of men, male and female. So, he has been incarnated as a male or a female. It is not according to his word to Adam and Eve that he has decided his works. He has decided his two incarnations completely according to his thought at the beginning when creating mankind. That is, it is according to the uncorrupted male and female that he has accomplished the works of his two incarnations. If people apply the word Jehovah spoke to the “Eve and Adam beguiled by the serpent” in the beginning to the work of God’s incarnation, then wouldn’t Jesus have also had to “desire his wife he should desire”? In that case, could God be God? If so, could he have accomplished his work? If it were a mistake for God’s incarnated flesh to be a female, then wouldn’t it have been a great mistake for God to create woman? If people still think that it is a mistake for God to be incarnated as a female, then according to what they say, wouldn’t the incarnation of Jesus, who did not get married nor desire his wife, have been equally wrong as the incarnation of today? Since you judge the fact of God’s incarnation today by Jehovah’s word to Eve, then you should judge the incarnated Lord Jesus in the Age of the Grace by Jehovah’s word to Adam. Aren’t the cases the same? Since you judge the Lord Jesus by the male not beguiled by the serpent, then you should not judge the fact of God’s incarnation today by the female beguiled by the serpent. That is unfair! If you judge that way, it proves that you have no sense. The genders of the two fleshes Jehovah is incarnated in are related to the male and the female not beguiled by the serpent. It is according to the male and the female not beguiled by the serpent that he has been incarnated twice. Do not think that the male gender of Jesus was the male gender of the Adam beguiled by the serpent. “He” and “he” were completely unrelated and were two males of different natures. Could the fact that Jesus was a male prove that he was the head of all women but not the head of all men? Was he not the King of all the Jews (including men and women)? He was God Godself and was not only the head of women but also the head of men. He was the Lord of all created beings and the head of all created beings. How could you regard the male gender of Jesus as a symbol that he was the head of women? Isn’t this a blasphemy? Jesus was an uncorrupted male. He was God, the Christ, and the Lord. How could he be of the male gender of the corrupted Adam? Jesus was the flesh the most holy Spirit of God was clothed with. How could you say that he was a God who had the male gender of Adam? If that had been the case, wouldn’t God’s work have been completely wrong? Could Jehovah have put into Jesus the male gender of the beguiled Adam? Isn’t the incarnation of today another work of God incarnate, who is different from Jesus in gender but the same as him in nature? Do you still dare to say that God cannot be incarnated as a female, because woman was beguiled by the serpent first? Do you still dare to say that as woman is most filthy and is the origin of mankind’s corruption, God cannot possibly be incarnated as a female? Do you still dare to say, “Woman should forever submit to man and woman can never be God’s manifestation or directly represent God”? Before, you did not understand these; now, will you still blaspheme God’s work, especially God’s incarnated flesh? If you cannot discern, you had better not say anything rashly lest you show your foolishness and ignorance and expose your ugliness. Do not think that you know everything. I tell you, what you have seen and experienced now cannot even enable you to understand one thousandth of my management plan. So what are you proud about? What little talent and little knowledge you have are not even enough to be used by Jesus to work for one second! How many experiences do you have? What you have seen plus what you have heard all your life and what you have imagined are even less than the work I do in one moment! You had better not find faults. However proud you are, you are only a created being less than an ant! All that you have in your belly is even less than what an ant has in its belly! Do not think that you can express your views with your hand waving because you have many experiences and have seniority. Isn’t it because of my words that you have many experiences and have seniority? Do you think that you have gained them through your own hard work? Today I am incarnated and you see this, so you have so many rich conceptions and thus have countless notions. If I were not incarnated, you would not have so many conceptions even if you are remarkably talented. Don’t your notions result from this? If Jesus had not been incarnated the first time, you would not know anything about the matter of incarnation! Isn’t it because the first incarnation has been made known to you that you dare to judge the second incarnation presumptuously? Why should you study it instead of being an obedient follower? Since you have entered into this stream and come before the incarnated God, will he allow you to study? You can study your family history, but if you study God’s “family history,” will the God of today allow you to study like this? Aren’t you blind? Aren’t you inviting troubles?
If only the stage of Jesus’ work had been done, without this stage as a complement in the end time, then people would forever believe in their notions that only Jesus is God’s only begotten Son, that is, God has only one Son, and that if someone with another name comes in the future, he cannot be God’s only begotten Son, much less God Godself. People believe in their notions that he who is the sin offering is God’s only begotten Son and he who shoulders the government for God and redeems the whole mankind is God’s only begotten Son. Some others believe that he who comes as a male can be called God’s only begotten Son, that is, can represent God. Still others even say that Jesus is Jehovah’s Son and his only begotten Son. Aren’t these very fallacious notions of man? If God did not come to do this stage of work in the final age, the whole mankind would have a shadow over God. In that case, men would consider themselves superior to women, and women would never be able to lift up their head. Then no woman would be saved. People always believe that God is male and that God always loathes women and will not save women. If that were the case, wouldn’t all women who were created by Jehovah and who have also been corrupted never have the opportunity to be saved? Then wouldn’t it have been meaningless for Jehovah to create the woman, Eve? Wouldn’t women perish eternally? So, this stage of work in the end time is to save all mankind, not to save women only but to save all mankind. It is a work for all mankind, not just for women. If anyone thinks that way, he is more foolish!
The work done now has advanced the work of the Age of the Grace, and it also means that the work in the entire six-thousand- year management plan has progressed forward. Although the Age of the Grace has ended, God’s work has advanced deeper. Why do I say again and again that this stage of work is done on the basis of the Age of the Grace and the Age of the Law? That is to say, the work of today is a continuation of the work of the Age of the Grace and is an uplifting of the work of the Age of the Law. The three stages of works are closely connected, with one stage closely linked to the previous one. Why do I also say that this stage of work is done on the basis of the stage of Jesus’ work? If it were not done on its basis, in this stage God would have to be crucified again, still doing the redemptive work of the previous stage. That would be meaningless. So, it is not that the work has completely ended, but that the age has progressed forward and the work has become higher than before. It can be said that this stage of work is a work built on the basis of the Age of the Law and also on the rock of the work of Jesus. They are built one stage upon another, and it is not that this stage of work is another start. Only the three stages of works together can be called the six-thousand-year management plan. This stage of work is done on the basis of the work of the Age of the Grace. If these two stages of works were not related, why would God not be crucified again in this stage? Why would he not bear man’s sins? He was not conceived by the Holy Spirit and is not crucified to bear man’s sins but directly chastises man. If he did not do the work of chastising man after the crucifixion, and now he comes not through the conception of the Holy Spirit, he would not be qualified to chastise man. It is precisely because he and Jesus are one that he directly chastises and judges man. This stage of work is done on the basis of the previous one. Therefore, only such work can save man stage by stage. Jesus and I are from one Spirit. Although our fleshes have no relationship, our Spirits are one; although the contents of our works are different and the works we undertake are different, our substances are the same; the images taken by our fleshes are different because the ages are different and because the needs of our works are different; our ministries are different, so the works we bring are different and the dispositions we reveal to people are different. Therefore, what people see and what they receive today are different from former times. This is all because the ages are different. Although the genders and the images of their fleshes are different, and they were not born into the same family, much less in the same age, their Spirits are one. Although their fleshes do not have any blood relationship or any fleshly relationship, it cannot be denied that they are God’s incarnated fleshes in two different ages. They are God’s incarnated fleshes, and this is an undeniable fact. But they are not of the same blood, and they do not speak the same human language (one was a male who could speak Hebrew, and the other is a female who only speaks Chinese). Because of these, they do the work they each ought to do in different countries and at different times. Although they are one Spirit, that is, they have the same substance, the outer shells of their fleshes do not have any part completely alike. They only have the same humanity, but the appearances and births of their fleshes are not the same. These do not affect their respective working or affect people’s knowledge of them, because they are one Spirit after all and no one can separate them. Although they do not have a blood relationship, their Spirit directs their whole being so that they undertake different works at different times, with their fleshes not being of the same blood. This is just as Jehovah’s Spirit is not the father of Jesus’ Spirit and Jesus’ Spirit is not at all the son of Jehovah’s Spirit, and they are one Spirit. This is like the incarnated God today and Jesus; they do not have a blood connection, but they are one; this is because their Spirits are one. He can do the work of mercy and love and can do the work of righteous judgment, the work of chastising man, and the work of cursing man, and in the end he can do the work of destroying the world and punishing the wicked. Aren’t all these done by himself? Isn’t this God’s almightiness? He could not only issue the laws to people but also issue the commandments to people, and he could also lead the Israelites of that time to live on earth, lead them to build the temple and the altar, and bring them all under the control of his authority. Because of his authority, he lived with the Israelites on earth for two thousand years. None of the Israelites dared to disobey, and they all feared Jehovah and kept the commandments. All these were the works he did through his authority and almightiness. When it came to the Age of the Grace, Jesus came to redeem the whole fallen mankind (not just the Israelites). He showed mercy and love to people. The Jesus in the Age of the Grace whom people saw was full of love and always loved man, because he had come just to save man from sins. He could forgive man’s sins, and in the end he went to the cross and completely redeemed mankind from sins. During that time, God appeared before man as mercy and love, that is, he became man’s sin offering and was crucified for man’s sins and forever forgave man’s sins. He had mercy and love and was patient and loving. All those who followed Jesus in the Age of the Grace also practiced being patient and loving in everything and enduring suffering in everything, and they did not fight back even when they were struck, reviled, and stoned by others. In this final stage, God no longer works that way. This is just as the Spirits of Jesus and Jehovah were one but the works they did were not completely the same. Jehovah did the work not to end the age but to lead the age and start mankind’s life on earth; whereas now God conquers the most deeply corrupted mankind in the Gentile nations, and now he not only leads the Chinese nation but leads the entire universe. You see that now the work is only done in China. Actually it has begun to spread in other countries as well. Why do people in other countries keep seeking the true way? It is because the Spirit has begun to work. And the words spoken now are spoken to people of the entire universe; this means that half of the project has been done. God’s Spirit has carried out such a great project from the creation of the world until now, and he has done different works in different ages and in different countries. In each age, people see his different disposition, which, of course, is revealed through the different works he has done. He is a God full of love and full of mercy, and he is man’s sin offering and man’s shepherd, but he is also judgment, chastisement, and curse upon man. He could lead people to live on earth for two thousand years and could also redeem the corrupted mankind from sins. Today he can conquer mankind who do not know him to be under his authority, so that they all completely obey him. In the end, he will burn and consume all the unclean and unrighteous things within people of the entire universe, so that they will see that he is not only a merciful and loving God, not only a wise and wonderful God, and not only a holy God, but much more a God who judges man. To the evil ones among all mankind, he is burning, judgment, and punishment; to those to be perfected, he is tribulation, refining, and trial, and also comfort, sustenance, supply of word, dealing, and pruning; and to the eliminated ones, he is punishment and retribution. Don’t you think that God is almighty? He can do all kinds of works. It is not that he can only be crucified, as you imagine. You have underestimated God! Could he only be crucified to redeem the whole mankind and thus end his work? And then you could go to heaven with him and eat the fruit of the tree of life and drink the water of the river of life…. Could it be so simple? What do you think you have done? Do you have Jesus’ life? You have indeed been redeemed by him, but the crucifixion was a work done by Jesus himself. What duty have you done as a man? You only have outward godliness, but you do not understand his way. Is this manifesting him? You have not received God’s life or seen all his righteous disposition, so you cannot be called a person who has life and you are not qualified to enter the gate of the kingdom of heaven.
God is not only Spirit but can also become flesh, and he is also a glorious body. Though you have not seen Jesus, the Israelites of that time, the Jews, saw him. He was a flesh at first, but he became a glorious body after his crucifixion. He is the all-inclusive Spirit and can also work everywhere. He could be Jehovah, could be Jesus, and could also be Messiah, and in the end he can become Almighty God. He is righteousness, judgment, and chastisement, is curse and wrath, and is also mercy and love. Every work he does can represent him. Today can you tell what kind of God God is exactly? You cannot tell clearly. You can only say, “I cannot tell clearly what kind of God God is exactly.” You shall not circumscribe God forever as a merciful and loving God because he did a stage of redemptive work. Are you sure that God is only a merciful and loving God? If he is a merciful and loving God, why will he end the age in the end time? Why will he send so many disasters? Since he will be merciful and loving toward man to the end and to the final and last age, according to your thought, then why will he send disasters from heaven? Since he loves man as himself and as his only begotten Son, then why will he send plagues and hailstones from heaven? Why will he make men suffer famines and plagues? Why will he make men suffer these disasters? None of you dares to say what kind of God God is exactly, and none of you can tell this clearly. Do you dare to say that he is definitely Spirit? Do you dare to say that he is the flesh of Jesus? Do you dare to say that he is a God who is crucified for man forever?
