Since people began to believe in God,

they’ve harbored many mistaken intentions.

If you’re not putting the truth into practice,

you feel that all your intentions are correct,

but then if something should happen to you,

you’ll see that many of your intentions are wrong.

When God makes people perfect, He makes them realize

there’s an unavoidable battle within.

Satan will try and make people follow it,

uphold the notions and interests of the flesh,

but God’s words will enlighten and illuminate,

so whom will you follow: God or Satan?

To deal with thoughts and notions not after God’s heart,

He asks people to put the truth into practice.

The Holy Spirit touches, enlightens them.

There is a battle behind all that occurs:

When the truth or the love of God is practiced,

there is a great battle that commences.

In the depths of their hearts,

there’s a life-or-death fight,

although all may seem well with their flesh.

After this battle, after great reflection,

only then can the outcome be known.

This battle causes people suffering and refinement.

But if you stand on the side of God, you’ll satisfy Him.

Suffering can’t be avoided when you practice the truth.
