Sermons and Fellowship About God’s Word “You Ought to Consider Your Deeds” (II)
Having the Right Attitude and Intention Toward God’s Word Enables One to Get on the Right Track of Pursuing the Truth in Believing in God
Let us first read the second paragraph of God’s word “You Ought to Consider Your Deeds”: “Each day, the deeds and thoughts of everyone are regarded by Him and, at the same time, are in preparation for their own tomorrow. This is a path that must be walked by all of the living and that I have predestined for all. None can escape this and exceptions are made for none. I have spoken countless words, and moreover have done a numerous amount of work. Every day, I watch as each man naturally carries out all that he is to do in accordance with his inherent nature and how it develops. Unknowingly, many have already set upon the ‘right track,’ which I set for the revelation of every kind of man. I have already placed each kind of man in different environments, and in their place each have been expressing their inherent attributes. There is no one to bind them, no one to seduce them. They are free in their entirety and that which they express comes naturally. There is only one thing that keeps them in check, and those are My words. Therefore, a number of men grudgingly read My words only so that their end not be one of death, but never put My words into practice. On the other hand, some men find it difficult to endure the days without My words to guide and supply them, so they naturally hold My words at all times. As time goes by, they then discover the secret of human life, the destination of mankind, and the worth of being human. Mankind is no more than this in the presence of My word, and I simply allow matters to take their course. I do nothing that forces man to live by My words as the foundation of their existence. And so those who never have a conscience or worth in their existence quietly observe how things go and then boldly cast aside My words and do as they wish. They begin to become weary of the truth and all that comes from Me. Moreover, they weary of staying in My house. These men temporarily lodge within My house for the sake of their destinations and to escape punishment, even if they are doing service. But their intentions never change, nor do their actions. This further encourages their desire for blessings, for a single passage into the kingdom where they may then remain for eternity, and even for passage into eternal heaven. The more they yearn for My day to come one day soon, the more they feel that the truth has become an obstacle, a stumbling block in their way. They can hardly wait to step foot into the kingdom to forever enjoy the blessings of the kingdom of heaven, without needing to pursue the truth or accept judgment and chastisement, and most of all, without needing to lodge subserviently within My house and do as I command. These people enter into My house not to fulfill a heart that seeks the truth nor to work together with My management. They merely aim to be one of those who will not be destroyed in the next age. Hence their hearts have never known what the truth is or how to accept the truth. This is the reason why such men have never practiced the truth or realized the extreme depth of their corruption, and yet have lodged in My house as ‘servants’ unto the end. They ‘patiently’ await the coming of My day, and are tireless as they are tossed about by the manner of My work. No matter how great their effort and what price they have paid, none will see that they have suffered for the truth or sacrificed for Me. In their hearts, they cannot wait to see the day I put an end to the old age, and furthermore, they anxiously wish to know how great My power and authority is. That which they have never hastened to do is to change themselves and to pursue the truth. They love that of which I am weary and are weary of that which I love. They long for that which I hate but at the same time are afraid of losing that which I abhor. They live in this wicked world yet never have hatred of it and are deeply afraid it will be destroyed by Me. The intents they hold are conflicting: They are pleased by this world which I abhor, yet at the same time yearn for Me to soon destroy this world. This way, they will be spared the suffering of destruction and be transformed into lords of the next age before they have strayed from the true way. This is because they love not the truth and are weary of all that comes from Me. Perhaps they will become ‘obedient people’ for a short time for the sake of not losing the blessings, but their anxious-for-blessing mentality and their fear of perishing and entering the lake of burning fire could never be obscured. As My day draws near, their desire steadily grows stronger. And the greater the disaster, the more it renders them helpless, not knowing where to start so as to make Me rejoice and to avoid losing the blessings that they have long yearned for. Once My hand begins its work, these men are eager to take action to serve as the vanguard. They think only of surging to the very front line of the troops, deeply afraid that I will not see them. They do and say that which they think to be right, never knowing that their deeds and actions have never been relevant to the truth, and merely disrupt and interfere with My plans. Though they may have put in great effort and may be true in their will and intention to endure through hardships, all that they do has nothing to do with Me, for I have never seen that their deeds come from good intentions, much less have I seen them place anything upon My altar. Such are their deeds before Me these many years.” We must be clear about what this passage of God’s word says, what God’s will is, and what God has revealed in corrupt mankind’s essential nature. First, we must understand God’s will, that is, what God requires His chosen people to do. Here is a sentence that illustrates this question. God says: “That which they have never hastened to do is to change themselves and to pursue the truth.” Isn’t it God’s will for them to “change themselves and to pursue the truth”? If what man does now is not for changing himself and pursuing the truth, is there any meaning in doing it? Some people always long for the day of God to come swiftly and for God to end this age quickly. Because of this longing, they want to do something for God to make God rejoice. Is this the right way of pursuit? When they hear that God’s day is near, they get excited and want to act, to serve as the vanguard, to do this and that. Some people even want to be leaders, to accomplish something in a rush, or to do a great project to please God and get rewarded. What kind of motive is that? It is the motive for blessing. God’s will is for man to change himself and pursue the truth. In that case, how should one change himself and pursue the truth? Can this result be achieved when one has status? Can this result be achieved by blindly doing external things? To change oneself is to pursue the truth and achieve the change of his life disposition. Only if you have achieved the change of your life disposition does it mean that you have changed yourself. If you don’t pursue the truth, and don’t seek to know God and obey God’s work, can you achieve the change of your life disposition? Today, there are some people who are not clear about the way to enter into life, who are not too sure about God’s will, but they always rely on their ideas in doing this and that. They just don’t pursue the truth or focus on having their life disposition changed. So no matter what such people do, it is meaningless. If they have done many things, but in the end their natures and dispositions still resist God, can such people receive God’s approval? It is most crucial for man to pursue the change of his life disposition. What is most important in achieving the change of one’s life disposition? The most important is to accept God’s judgment, chastisement, pruning and dealing. If anyone does not eat and drink God’s word, does not accept the judgment and chastisement of God’s word, and does not accept pruning and dealing, especially the judgment and chastisement in pruning and dealing as well as the judgment and chastisement in trials and refinement, if he even evades and resists them, such a person will never get the change of his life disposition. Accepting judgment and chastisement is not as simple as one imagines, that it can be accomplished by just reading God’s word. Sometimes God judges and chastises you through facts, so that you will accept and seek the truth through these facts. Sometimes the more conspicuous and prominent judgment and chastisement comes upon you through pruning and dealing or through God’s chosen people exposing or reporting you. This kind of judgment and chastisement is even more severe. In addition, there are various kinds of trials and refinements that completely reveal your nature for you to know and ultimately undergo sufferings and refinements. All these judgments and chastisements, you must accept and obey. How do you accept and obey them? You are to know them from your heart, and to obey them and thank God after knowing them. To accept them and obey means to accept them from God and know yourself. It does not mean to not say anything and not seek the truth, but means to understand, know, acknowledge, and accept them, so that you will obey them submissively. It is very important to truly know them. How can you accept them without knowing them? Just as when someone prunes and deals with you, if you don’t know anything about such pruning and dealing but you say “I obey and accept it,” are you truly accepting it? As you don’t know anything about it, can you acquire the truth? Have you acquired the truth from the pruning and dealing? If you haven’t acquired the truth, what have you acquired? Have you resigned yourself to whatever comes or endured it? Your ability to acquire and accept the truth is an expression of pursuing the truth, an expression of obeying God’s work. No matter what others say, some people just resign themselves to it. What happens in the end? To all appearances, they seem to have obeyed it but they have neither obeyed nor acquired the truth. Is this kind of resignation and endurance the expression of obeying God’s work? Is it the expression of pursuing the truth? This is the wrong kind of experience. Some people do not accept the opinions and criticisms of brothers and sisters about them. They resist and retort instead. Only when they are exposed and dealt with by leaders and workers do they reluctantly accept it. Are these the kind of people who pursue the truth? Truly obeying God’s work requires obeying everything from God. Sometimes, when Satan comes to tempt you, you also have to seek God’s intention. If a most inconspicuous person manages to discern your essential nature and exposes it, you must also accept and obey that in order to acquire the truth through it, and to truly know your own corruption and essential nature. In this way, when you have experienced God’s work for a long time, your life disposition will have begun to change without your knowing it. Some people only accept the pruning and dealing by the above, and they just refuse to accept whatever kind of pruning and dealing by the ordinary people. Are these the kind of people who pursue the truth? If you only accept the pruning and dealing by the above, one day when your wicked deeds have reached a certain level and you are expelled by the above, won’t it be too late even if you accept it? As you are expelled, how will you accept it? You will have been eliminated, and there will be no more chance for you to accept it. If brothers and sisters have opinions and negative criticisms about you, or if they expose, criticize, prune or deal with you, you must quickly accept. There is no harm in having a major remedy for a minor illness. If the illness becomes serious, a minor remedy will be utterly useless.
God says: “And so those who never have a conscience or worth in their existence quietly observe how things go and then boldly cast aside My words and do as they wish. They begin to become weary of the truth and all that comes from Me. Moreover, they weary of staying in My house.” This passage of God’s word refers to some people. Are they the majority or minority in God’s family? The majority. “Those who never have a conscience or worth in their existence quietly observe how things go and then boldly cast aside My words and do as they wish.” What does this mean? It means that when these people first came to God’s family, they were a little curious, and they kept observing: “What is God’s work all about? What kind of true way is it? God has come, but how does God actually work?” After observing for three to five years, they saw that God’s work in the last days is nothing but to use His word to judge and chastise corrupt mankind for them to pursue the truth and the knowledge of God, and then to try and refine them for them to achieve transformation in their life disposition. Afterward, they saw how leaders and workers work and how the above leads God’s chosen ones. After understanding all this and grasping the rules, they began to morph. They cast aside the word of God and began to do as they wish. What does it mean that they began to “do as they wish”? It means that they began to disobey God’s will and pursue what they want and follow their own desires to go their own way. That’s why the false leaders and antichrists disturb and suppress God’s chosen people, doing wicked acts by any means in order to gain status and control God’s chosen people. Isn’t that doing as they wish? God says that these people “never have a conscience or worth in their existence.” These people do wicked acts by any means for their personal interests and desires of the flesh. What kind of people are they? They are all animals. These people have no worth in their existence or conscience. They have no humanity. Therefore, the false leaders and antichrists that appear everywhere are such kind of people. These are the people who fight for power and always want to control God’s chosen people. Now we take a look at those who disturb the church, delude God’s chosen people and always want to gain status and control God’s chosen people. Do these people have any conscience? They don’t know how to requite God’s love. They just don’t know they should love God’s chosen people. If they had a conscience, they would communicate with God’s chosen people what they have received from God, and they would devote all they have for God’s chosen people to enter the right track of believing in God. They are unable to do this because they have no conscience. Since they don’t love the truth at all and don’t have the reality of the truth, but fight for power and status, this determines that they have no conscience or worth in their existence, and they are capable of all kinds of misdeeds. Without any reality of the truth and unable to provide for God’s chosen people, they even want to be the leaders and workers for God’s chosen people, do such people have any sense? Isn’t an insensible man the same as an animal? Does an animal have any worth in its existence? So God said, “Those who never have a conscience or worth in their existence quietly observe how things go and then boldly cast aside My words and do as they wish.” “Boldly cast aside My words.” What does this mean? It means that they brazenly begin to seize power and fight for status. They ignore God’s will, not considering God’s will, and pay no attention to what is said in God’s word. They abandon God’s word and begin to do things to seize power and control God’s chosen people. This is called “boldly cast aside My words.” Those who stir up troubles everywhere, fight over power and control God’s chosen people, aren’t they such kind of people? After quietly observing how things go, they began to act. They thought, “I have found out everything. It is time for me to act. What am I waiting for?” This is what it means by “quietly observe how things go and then….” What does “quietly observe” mean? Some time ago, they didn’t understand the situation. They felt the time was still unsuitable, so they didn’t dare to act rashly. When everything is understood now, they dare to act rashly. As they have gained some “qualifications,” once they start to act, there are bound to be some false believers and disruptors who will respond by following them. Therefore, whenever there are false leaders and antichrists disturbing and deluding people, there are always some mindless disruptors who follow and respond. What kind of people are these mindless evil disruptors? They are also people without a conscience or worth in their existence. They are foolish people. When you ask such people to practice the truth, they scratch their head and avert their eyes from you. One day, when they see a wicked person show up, they swiftly stand up and raise their hand in response with a glow in their eyes. What are such people born to do? They are born to mindlessly disrupt and prepared for the wicked people. They are the accomplices, followers and minions of the wicked. These people are soulless. What does “soulless” mean? It means having no conscience. A person’s conscience is his soul. Those without a conscience have no soul. God’s word says, “Those who never have a conscience or worth in their existence….” This word means that from the beginning, from the time their understanding began to awaken as children, to the present, these people have never had any conscience or worth in their existence. You can tell that they have been fools and still are fools. Are there not many of such fools? Those who are not interested in the truth and positive things, whose eyes will glow, whose faces will brighten, whose feet will not keep still, and who will stand up to try to fly and dance around when evil and trendy things are talked about, what kind of people are they? They are mindless disruptors that exist in every church. There are those who immediately spring up when there are evil spirits at work, but they stay motionless like a worm otherwise, who won’t move an inch unless they are pushed. What kind of people are they? They are soulless fools and animals. No matter how you communicate the truth, they look like dead people with expressionless faces and dim eyes. They doze off and start to snore when you communicate the truth a bit longer. Do such people have a soul? Can such people be saved if they believe in God for ten or twenty more years? They cannot be saved. Why not? They are the kind of people spoken of in the word of God: “those who never have a conscience or worth in their existence.” Such people had no worth in their existence in the past and did not love the truth, and they will remain the same in the future. God does not save such people. Why do I say that those antichrists must be expelled and not be given a chance to repent? They are demons that will never repent! If you give them a chance to repent, it is like giving a chance to a frozen snake to bite you as soon as it awakes. Isn’t that foolish? So the antichrists and wicked people should not be given a chance for repentance because they will not repent. Good people feel contrite after committing a transgression. Wicked people never feel contrite after committing evil. When a wicked person is punished for doing evil, what does he regret for? He regrets for not having acted carefully, for having been exposed and caught. He doesn’t want to be exposed again next time. That is what he regrets for. He does not have a contrite heart that makes him really hate his own nature, hate his sin, and curse himself. Let us look at the following words: “They begin to become weary of the truth and all that comes from Me. Moreover, they weary of staying in My house.” What is the root cause of their weariness? Why are they weary of God’s word, weary of everything that comes from God, and weary of staying in God’s house? It is mainly because they are weary of the truth and hate the truth. What someone is weary of is determined by his nature. What is the nature of these people who are weary of the truth and everything that comes from God, and weary of staying in God’s house? They are people who hate the truth, who have the demonic nature that hates the truth, so they do not want to stay in God’s house. In fact, there are differences among wicked people. Some wicked people do not love the truth. They have believed in God for more than a decade, but they have never practiced the truth or communicated the truth. When expelled by the church, they don’t want to leave, and they complain. What is the matter with such people? When expelled from the church, they appear to be unwilling to leave. They keep coming to the brothers and sisters and want to return to the church. It is for the sake of receiving blessings. They are not contrite and repentant or willing to pursue the truth. They do not want to leave the church because they want to be blessed. However, their essential nature that is weary of staying in God’s house remains unchanged. This is veritably true. This matter must be seen through. Since they are not stupid and they know that this is the true way, they are unwilling under any circumstances to leave the church. If believing in God and leading the church life didn’t have a direct bearing on their outcome, they would have fled long ago. If in this step of work man were not to be given an outcome, if there were no reward or punishment whether you do good or evil, if your outcome had nothing to do with your deeds, how many people would truly expend themselves for God? How many of them would stay in the church to eat and drink God’s word? Not so many of them would. More than half of them would flee. Do you believe it? Why do these people refuse to leave even when expelled? It is out of consideration for their outcome and destination. They do not want to pursue the truth or to suffer any pain, but they want to get an outcome that is not one of death. This is the root cause why these people never want to leave God’s house. These matters must be discerned and distinguished. Some people are just unable to discern them. It is the lack of the truth that makes them unable to discern. Why is the ambition of the antichrists and false leaders so great? They cannot live without status. Without status, they feel that life is meaningless. So they have to fight for status. Having status, they will be content even if they cannot receive salvation or a good outcome. What kind of problem is this? Isn’t it due to the demonic nature within them? They have the demonic nature, and the lust of their demonic nature is intense. It is a burning desire that they cannot defy, which compels them to fight for status. Such people have a demonic nature. It is a problem of their nature. I have heard some people say, “As long as I am allowed to be a leader or worker, it is fine even if I have to do service later. I feel lethargic if I am not a leader or worker.” Does this person not have a demonic nature? Is he not dominated by his nature to do everything? Ask such a person, “You said that you want to be a leader. Do you actually have the reality of the truth?” Do you know what he will say? He will say, “Although I don’t have the reality of the truth, I still want to be a leader. I want to give it a try. I won’t rest until I become a leader!” His desire is so intense. He won’t rest until he becomes a leader. This is a problem of his nature. When you reason with him, he understands everything, but no one can resolve the problem of his nature. Finally, the church can only impose administrative intervention and restrictions on him. Can anyone with such a nature pursue the truth? He cannot because his heart can’t be calm. He likes to do what he is willing to do. There is not much sense in his normal humanity. He lacks self-control, and he cannot restrain himself.
God says: “Perhaps they will become ‘obedient people’ for a short time for the sake of not losing the blessings, but their anxious-for-blessing mentality and their fear of perishing and entering the lake of burning fire could never be obscured. As My day draws near, their desire steadily grows stronger. And the greater the disaster, the more it renders them helpless, not knowing where to start so as to make Me rejoice and to avoid losing the blessings that they have long yearned for.” Many people are starting to worry now. What are they worrying about? “God’s day is so near. What should I do? What should I do now in order not to be destroyed?” Some people have this mentality: “I wish God’s will was for me to do a certain thing and then God’s day would come and I would be blessed. If so, I wouldn’t have to pursue the truth, suffer, or experience trials and refinement.” Isn’t this something produced by their satanic corrupt disposition? Doesn’t everyone have this thing in his heart? Doesn’t he wish by doing one thing he could step foot into the kingdom to enjoy the blessings of heaven forever? Why are people so naive? Why are their wishful desires so intense? Continuing on, God then says, “Once My hand begins its work, these men are eager to take action to serve as the vanguard.” Once God’s hand begins its work, these people immediately begin to stir. This shows that they are good at watching and trimming their sails. The human mind is shrewd. Some people say, “Oh, God is about to do something. I will do this and that. What will God do next? Oh, I will do something else.” You assume that you can make God rejoice by doing this and that. How can you make God rejoice without having your life disposition transformed? In addition, what can you do when you don’t have the truth? Can you expand the gospel work without the truth? Can you preach the gospel? Left in your hands to water people that have been brought in through so much hard effort, they run away from your watering in a couple of days. What can you do? Are you able to stabilize people by watering them? Can you convince people to recognize the true way? Although you can read and speak, you only talk about impractical theories that cannot convince people. What else can you do? When someone gets a “good fish” by preaching the gospel, another person says, “Let me also lend a hand to help out.” He extends his hand and makes the “good fish” slip away, losing the catch. When you reach out, things get spoiled. What do you reach out for? Don’t you know what kind of hands you have? Since you see clearly how God works, how should you do your duty? How can one satisfy God by doing his duty properly? He must have the truth! Without being equipped with the truth, nothing can be accomplished. You don’t have the truth at all, but you want to take a hand in all matters and want to try everything, feeling that your great skills need to be applied. You really don’t know yourself. It is no simple task to preach the gospel, water new believers or guide people into reality. Can you do it without the work of the Holy Spirit? You think, “When I meet people, I can use my wit, and I will have something to say in a blink of an eye.” Inside your head is a filthy puddle. What good word do you have to say? You can do nothing without the reality of the truth or the work of the Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit’s work, can a little bit of practical experience of yours suffice? The effect is not good either. With practical experience, you also need the work of the Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit’s work or pursuit of the truth, you can do nothing properly. One must pursue the truth, enter into practical experience, and then receive the Holy Spirit’s work before he can supply people. How should you maintain the work of the Holy Spirit in you? Don’t let your heart leave God, and always pray to and commune with God. On top of that, do your duty and practice the truth. The proper practice of both of these two points can ensure that you will have the Holy Spirit’s work. Sometimes the Holy Spirit’s work is particularly inconspicuous, not supernatural but hidden and imperceptible. But the Holy Spirit is still working in you. He won’t forsake you. This is the love of God. In order to maintain the Holy Spirit’s work, first you must always pray to and commune with God, and second, you must do your duty and practice the truth. Do not rely on the flesh to do things aimlessly. If you make God feel disgusted and repulsed, the Holy Spirit will easily withdraw from you. God will hide from you. It is crucial to cherish the Holy Spirit’s work. If you do not care about the Holy Spirit’s work, then it is troublesome. It is disrespectful to the Holy Spirit! “These men are eager to take action to serve as the vanguard.” What does this mean? It means that these people always want to satisfy God by relying on their flesh, always want to do something for God with their talents and abilities. Actually everything they do has nothing to do with the truth. It is useless. Without the truth, you are unfit for God’s use. If you don’t pursue the truth, what’s the use in surging to the forefront? “They think only of surging to the very front line of the troops, deeply afraid that I will not see them. Such are their deeds before Me these many years.” Sacrifices made by relying on the flesh and actions performed with good intentions are declined and loathed by God. What basis does God go by when He judges whether a man’s behavior is good or evil? God looks at what he places on God’s altar. What you place on God’s altar shows what you pursue and what you wish to receive. If you don’t pursue the truth, and if in your prayers, you never care about God’s will or regard the pursuit of the truth as your greatest heart’s desire and offer it to God, you are putting nothing on God’s altar. What can God do in you when you don’t pursue the truth? Nothing. So it is useless when you rush to the forefront at the crucial moment because your intention is wrong, and what you do is not well intended but malicious. Why do I say what you do is malicious? That is because you want to use your own intention to win the pleasure of God. You think that what you like, agree with, or think to be right, God will also like, agree with, or think is right. Isn’t this resisting God? Isn’t this malicious? This is blaspheming against God. To have a wrong intention is blasphemous and insolent to God. You think that God likes what you do. Isn’t it blasphemous? Does God like what you do? Offering what you think is right and good to God by assuming that God will also like it is blasphemous to God by itself. It shows that you don’t know God. Understand? What are those false leaders and antichrists doing now? Is it good or evil? What they are doing is resisting God. They think that their observations are accurate, their opinions are correct, what they believe to be good is good, and what they believe to be evil is evil. This is completely wrong! If you don’t have the truth, whatever you think is useless. Judging by how self-righteous and arrogant you are, your disposition is improper. Everything such people do in front of God is evil, resistant to God and contrary to the truth. Some people even label themselves as righteous men. Isn’t this arrogant and conceited? Isn’t it utterly foolish? What righteous men! Do you have the truth? Have you been made perfect? You call yourselves righteous men when you don’t even know what you are. Don’t you know that you are members of the utmost corrupt mankind? Don’t you know that you have no truth? Don’t you know that you haven’t been made perfect? How can you say that you are righteous men? Nonsense! What sort of people are those who label themselves as righteous men? They are all arrogant ones without sense, who don’t know anything about themselves. It is so shameless of them to label themselves as righteous men. At most you can say, “We are looking at things according to God’s word. Our points of view do not violate the truth at least. Our views do not seem to be too wrong. They should be in accord with reality.” It is more acceptable to say it this way. You even label yourselves as righteous people. The more you label yourselves as righteous people, the sooner you will perish. You don’t have a shred of the reality of the truth, and you make most people feel repulsed and disgusted. The more sensible people are, and the more they have the truth, the more they would not say this. Only those people who lack the truth, who never read God’s word, and who know nothing about themselves will spew nonsense like that. Now that we have finished reading this passage of God’s word, what is the most important thing to understand first? It is to understand God’s requirement of His chosen people, that they must pursue the truth if they want to expend themselves for God and perform their duties properly, for they must attain an understanding of the truth to perform their duties properly, prepare a sufficiency of good deeds, and be after God’s heart. People who do not pursue the truth, who rush in front of God and act according to their own opinions and good intentions, are all arrogant and ignorant. Nothing they do will be in accord with God’s will. They will only resist God and disturb and interrupt God’s work. This thing must be discerned! Therefore we must now honestly pursue the truth and strive to enter into reality in an earnest and down-to-earth manner. This is God’s will and requirement. Don’t act blindly. Act by seeking the truth and in accordance with God’s word and the work arrangements. Only acting in this way is after God’s will.
If you want to pursue the truth to be made perfect, do you know what is the most important problem you need to resolve? It is your attitude and intention toward God and the word of God, that is, what attitude you actually have in believing in God and what kind of path you should take. This is very important. Most people in the churches everywhere are currently arguing about some superficial things, about the doings of some leaders and workers, and they make a fuss about some election matters and some things that have nothing to do with the truth and won’t let go. In some places, people are even embroiled in disputes. What are the root causes for these problems? Do they have anything to do with people’s attitude toward God and their attitude toward the truth? Why do these people never pay attention to grasping the will of God in these problems? What does God really want us to experience, gain and focus on? Few people can really understand God’s will and do their duties according to God’s will. People work according to their own will and do things and speak by following their own preferences. Because they do not have the truth, so much confusion has occurred in the churches that many people have lost their direction. They no longer have a goal in their belief in God, and don’t know how to walk their own path. What kind of problem is this? It is because they cannot grasp God’s will. What should you do if you want to grasp God’s will? You should consider your deeds and see if you have actually been pursuing the truth. If you genuinely reflect on your deeds and if you can be clear whether the path you take is right or not and what your intentions toward God and the truth are—if you can understand these problems, you will know what pursuing the truth and walking the way of Peter are. Most people do not understand these issues now. They are willing to pursue the truth in their hearts, and say they will pursue the truth, but they don’t have the way and can’t find the way. What are the most obvious expressions of people without the truth? First, they have no true obedience. They have no true obedience to God, no true obedience to the work of God, and no obedience to the truth. No matter how well the words of others conform to the truth, they cannot accept them in their hearts and practice them. They do not truly obey the work arrangements of the above even when they actually know they are correct. They do not practice the truth or obey God. This is the most fundamental expression of people who have no truth. What is the second expression of a person who has no truth? He has never known what the true meaning of being an honest man is. Regardless of how many doctrines he understands and no matter what duty he does, he does not pay attention to the principles of being a man. What should one practice to be a real man, that is, to be an honest man? What principles should he keep? If a person does not have the principles of being a man in his heart, what is the result? He still lives by the satanic philosophies in him, by his preferences, and for his flesh. His words are full of ulterior motives, full of deceit, full of deception, and full of temptation. Is such a person an honest man? If not, does such a person have humanity? No. As he is not an honest person, does he have the truth? Being a dishonest person is proof enough that he does not have the truth. Third, such a person’s disposition is arrogant, conceited, and contemptuous of all, he does not obey anyone, and he has no regard for anyone no matter how much truth or reality they have. Is that the disposition of Satan? If a person’s disposition is arrogant and obedient to no one, does such a person have the reality of the truth? To tell whether or not a person has the reality of the truth, first look at his disposition and see whether it is arrogant, conceited, and disobedient to everyone, whether he can accept and correctly treat those who have the reality of the truth if he discovers them, and whether he pursues the truth and respects others. This is a criterion for measuring a person’s disposition. To measure a person’s disposition, first look at how he behaves if your communication is in line with the truth. In addition, look at how he treats someone who has the reality of the truth. This is so revealing of a person. Moreover, a person who really has the truth loves to contact and accept anyone whose words are in line with the truth and who truly has the reality of the truth, because such a person obeys the truth, and what he worships in his heart is the truth. Such a person is someone who has the reality of the truth. If a person possesses these three expressions, then whether or not he has the reality of the truth is clear. In God’s family, does the way someone treats the man used by the Holy Spirit reveal what kind of a person he is? This reveals it the most. If someone does not obey the man used by the Holy Spirit, what problem does it show? It shows that this is an arrogant man who does not obey anyone. Arrogance and self-conceit is Satan’s disposition. Those people who belong to Satan do not obey those who have the truth and reality. What kind of people do they obey? They obey the kings of devils that belong to Satan. They prostrate themselves before those who are superior to them in knowledge and abilities. The more truth and reality you have, and the more honest you are, the more they look down on you. This is the disposition of Satan. The Lord Jesus said this: “Except you be converted, and become as little children, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven” (Mat 18:3). What do “little children” refer to? They mainly refer to honest people because honest people don’t have Satan’s philosophy. Without Satan’s philosophy and poisons, they seem to be truthful before others. They have the likeness of a real man. Therefore, such people have been saved and made perfect by God. But the ones who belong to Satan look down on such people, as they deem them as too insignificant, very foolish and ignorant. What kind of people do those who belong to Satan like? They like the kings of devils that are equipped with satanic philosophy and knowledge, who are especially good at disguise, who are secretive, who are very shrewd and subtle, who speak with intellectual language, who are filled with satanic philosophy, cabals and trickery. These are the types preferred by corrupt mankind that belongs to Satan. The more someone pretends to be great in front of others, pretends to be prominent people, and pretends to be knowledgeable to let others admire him and think highly of him, the more demonic he looks! Why are people afraid to tell the truth in the world? What are the consequences of telling the truth? You will be looked down upon and bullied by people, so you must pretend to be great and formidable to make people look up to you, to make yourself inscrutable so that people will not dare to bully you but adore and support you instead. Isn’t this the case? Such people are filled with Satan’s philosophy. What is Satan’s philosophy after all? It is all about disguise. To create a good but fake image in order to achieve one’s own goal, to make people look up to and worship him. This is the philosophy of Satan! What do you think of honest people? What are the high qualities, good qualities and noble qualities of honest people? Can you discern them? Why does God like honest people and dislike those demons and great men created by Satan’s philosophy? Is there any kindness in the nature of those demons and great men? Why are they demons? Why do they keep their own counsel? Why are they equipped with so much of Satan’s philosophy and so many poisons and rules of Satan? They are all those who have climbed the heights of Satan’s philosophy. They have racked their brains to equip themselves with Satan’s philosophy. In the end, this evil world and all sorts of knowledge have created many kings of devils! Why have they become kings of devils while so many other people haven’t? These people are so ambitious that they use any means and rack their brains to achieve their personal goals. Eventually, they possess less and less humanity and are more and more deprived of the likeness of a true human. Are there people in the church now who adore the kings of devils? What kinds of people adore the kings of devils? What kinds of people obey no one but the kings of devils? All those who do not love the truth and those antichrists and wicked people in the church adore the kings of devils. They do not adore the truth or worship God at all. Why is that although some people do not love the truth, they can act as the vanguard to do various things under this banner when God’s family has some work to do? They have their own ambitions. They want to be blessed, and they are willing to do service for blessings. Therefore, these people have ambitions and Satan’s intentions. They are not doing those things for the sake of the truth or gaining the truth. If such people do not repent, can they be saved? No, they can’t. This is certain. They have become service-doers. What they have done is not praised by God. Why? They are willing to expend themselves for God not because they love the truth. They have their own intentions and purposes and the intentions that are more sinister. They want to take power in God’s house. Therefore, these people are all antichrist-types. In the churches everywhere, it is such people who say that the leaders and workers at all levels are false ones. These people are the antichrists and the devils. What arrogance causes them to say something like this? When they say the leaders and workers at all levels are false ones, the implication is that they are real ones. Such antichrists must be identified. Suppose some brothers and sisters say, “If our district leader or church leader is really a false leader, am I correct to say that he is a false leader?” If you say that a certain district leader or church leader is a false one, you need to have factual basis. However, what you say and the word of the antichrists and devils “all leaders and workers are false ones” are two different matters. If you said, “The leaders and workers at all levels of the church are false ones,” it would be the word of the antichrists. This kind of word can only come out from the mouths of the devils. We have to speak based on facts! In fact, the majority of the leaders and workers at various levels pursue the truth and genuinely expend themselves for God. Some of them even have the reality of the truth. Others who have just entered into the reality of the truth still express a lot of corruption, and there are many errors in their work. Only a minority of the leaders and workers are false ones. If you say a small number of leaders and workers at various levels are false, this statement is forgivable. There are rules in the work arrangements on how to distinguish false leaders. How the false leaders and false workers should be discerned and removed is stated clearly in the work arrangements. It must be done according to due process and with factual basis. If people do not follow due process but act recklessly, they are disturbing the work of God’s family. Why do those people say that the leaders and workers at all levels in God’s family are false ones? Let us analyze what kind of disposition these people have. Aren’t they arrogant, conceited, and disobedient to everyone? In addition, don’t they deliberately attack and condemn the leaders and workers at all levels to disturb the work of God’s family? They want to delude God’s chosen people intentionally so that God’s chosen people will reject these leaders and workers. Isn’t it their intention and purpose to disrupt and split the church? Their intention and purpose is to destroy the work of God’s family and ultimately abolish God’s work. God’s chosen people must be clear that this is the intention and purpose of the antichrists and the devils. Such people who say this kind of nonsense, do they have a God-fearing heart? The word of God has thoroughly revealed the essence of the nature of these people who do not love the truth. Now are there any such things in our hearts? Everyone needs to reflect on himself. When reading God’s word, we must read it for ourselves, not for others. What is your attitude toward the truth? Is it one of love and acceptance or one of dislike and rejection? What do you know about the work of God? Are you expending yourself for God or laboring for yourself in what you are doing now? You must be clear about all these things, which is the most crucial matter and is beneficial to your being saved and made perfect in the future. If these things are not clear to you, the road you take may still be dangerous. It is still not the path of Peter. What path does the person who pursues the truth take? How does he deal with the matter of doing his duty and expending himself for God? What are the intentions and purposes of those who pursue the truth in doing their duties? What intentions and purposes do those who dislike the truth—those who take the path of the antichrists—have in doing their duties? The differences are so great. What is the intention and purpose of one who really pursues the truth in doing his duty? First, the purpose of his expending himself for God is to requite God’s love. Second, he does his duty to fulfill his responsibilities, to do his best and to meet his obligations so as to be worthy to be called a man. Third, he does his duty to enter into the reality of the truth to be made perfect. It is right for those who really pursue the truth to have these three kinds of intentions in doing their duties. These are things that a person with a conscience and sense should possess. What kind of disposition is this if one does his duty for the purpose of gaining power, enjoying some benefits of the flesh and the trappings of status, making others look up to him, obey him and surround him? What kind of disposition is this? This is the disposition of Satan. What kind of path does this kind of person take? Undoubtedly, he takes the path of the antichrists. The intention behind doing one’s duty like this represents a kind of disposition. Like Satan, he is trying to interrupt and disturb God’s work, always wanting to achieve his own desire, intention and purpose in God’s work. Isn’t he a servant of Satan? If you have this state of mind, is it in line with God’s will? It is not only out of line with it but also contradictory to it, because you are contradicting God’s word and your heart contradicts God. Doesn’t working with such a heart show that you have come with Satan’s temptations? Such people have come before God with Satan’s temptations and Satan’s trickery. They want to fulfill their own desires and purposes by doing their duties. This is how they become Satan’s servants. Therefore, if you do not change your intentions, do not truly obey God, do not truly love God and satisfy God, the Holy Spirit will not work in you. Without the work of the Holy Spirit, what kind of person will you eventually become though you perform your duty? You will become someone who serves God but resists God. This is walking the path of Paul. How do false leaders and false workers come into being? These people serve God with improper intentions and purposes and with Satan’s trickery, and ultimately they are revealed to be false leaders or false workers by the Holy Spirit. Now as we see, some people serve God and do their duties with the wrong intentions and purposes. Since they have wrong intentions and purposes and bad dispositions and have no truth, many things that people are disgusted by happen when they are dealing with issues and treating God’s chosen people. They do not treat people fairly, and they even arbitrarily suppress and judge people and exclude dissidents. This leads to the opposition and rejection of some chosen people of God. Are there problems with such leaders and workers? Whenever a leader or worker is opposed, detested and rejected by certain chosen people of God, it is enough to prove that they don’t have the reality of the truth. People will not obey you if you do not have the reality of the truth. If you have done something to exclude, suppress, judge and condemn people, they will oppose and hate you. This is a natural thing. If you treat people fairly according to the truth, if you can treat those genuine believers in God according to the truth and with love no matter what mistakes they’ve made or transgressions they’ve committed, and help them to know themselves and enter into the reality of the truth, not only will people not oppose you, they will only support and thank you. If you use the truth to help and guide people, and make people understand the truth, this is called love. If you do not treat people according to the truth but arbitrarily condemn and suppress them, then you have no love. It is justified if they hate, have an aversion to, and reject you because of this. Therefore, for someone who has become a leader or worker, if he always faces the opposition and rejection of some chosen people of God or half of God’s chosen people, then this leader or worker is no longer qualified to be a leader or worker because his problems are too great. You do not practice the truth, do not treat people fairly, and do not deal with problems impartially, so people are not convinced. This kind of person should resign and reflect upon himself at home. After reflecting upon himself properly, he can be arranged to do his duty if he is willing to do so, because his stature is too small. If it was because you didn’t see things clearly and you heeded and trusted only one side or because you were inexperienced that you mishandled some problems unintentionally, and you are able to correct the mistakes after discovering them, will God’s chosen people not forgive you? They will certainly forgive you because you didn’t make the mistakes deliberately. Anyone can make a mistake on occasion. If you have really done the work according to your own will, if you have done it or said something that way with full consciousness and ulterior motives and your own purposes, can God’s chosen people distinguish it? God’s chosen people can see it very clearly. You can’t fool anyone. Although they do not have the reality of the truth, they can see clearly someone’s intentions and purposes in doing things. The majority of people in the church can feel those things. It is true that they do not have the reality of the truth, but they can tell who have the truth and reality. Moreover, they can tell whether someone is good or bad. Even some unbelievers can tell whether someone is good or bad. Does one have to understand the truth in order to tell good and bad people apart? No, he doesn’t. As long as he has caliber and wit, he can handle it completely. According to this passage of God’s word, can we now distinguish which leaders and workers have the truth and reality and which ones don’t, especially those who are antichrist-types? This piece of God’s word is too crucial, and those few aspects of the truth that we should understand through reading it are also crucial. Can people’s own intention, purpose, desire, and ambition in believing in God be left unresolved? No, they can’t. People need to conduct themselves with dignity and decency, have a pure intention, and be after God’s heart! If you expend yourself for God and do your duty with an improper intention, taking the wrong path when doing your duty, aren’t you ruining yourself? In the end, you are the one who will have been trapped, not someone else. Therefore, you must have the right intention in doing whatever duty or work in order to satisfy God. How do you satisfy God? You must do things and treat people according to the truth. Only in this way will God’s chosen people be totally convinced. They will see that you genuinely expend yourself for God, and that your intention and purpose in doing your duty is correct, which is to really solve the problems for them in entering into life and is indeed to bring them onto the right track of believing in God. In this way, the duty you perform will be affirmed by God’s chosen people and will achieve result, and what you do will be remembered and approved of by God.
Only Those Who Act With Principles Are Ones Who Have Entered Into the Reality of the Truth
For someone who truly has humanity, that is, a person who has the reality of the truth, what are his principles in doing things? First, he is able to treat the majority of God’s chosen people with love, whether he knows them or not. You are to adhere to the principle of love. Only when you are very confident and thoroughly sure that someone is a wicked person, a person who dislikes the truth, or a person who can never change, then you can treat such a person with wisdom instead of love. If you are not thoroughly sure that someone is a wicked person, a person who dislikes the truth, or a person who is completely hopeless, you must treat him with love. What is love? Love is the practice of helping, watering, providing and supporting people based on the truth and according to the word of God, and in addition, solving people’s difficulties and problems according to the truth, including the ability to carry out pruning and dealing of, severe exposure of and judgment on those with transgressions or reckless behaviors or those who disrupt God’s work. As long as it is for the sake of helping people and guiding them to enter into the reality of the truth, whether you speak to them with mild words or prune and deal with them with severe language, it is within the scope of love. If you act according to God’s word, those whom you prune and deal with will be utterly convinced when they see that you are without malice and partiality. However, you must have principles in handling people. You cannot replace, eliminate or expel anyone casually without going through pruning and dealing with them upon discovering their transgressions. This is unacceptable. Pruning and dealing can be severe, but some leeway must be given to people when you handle them. Do not casually write people off as hopeless ones. You must handle them fairly, give them a chance to repent and let them see that God saves people to the greatest extent possible. Some people use “God saves people to the greatest extent possible” as an excuse to keep those irredeemable demonic Satans in God’s family. This is a satanic trickery. They want to use this word to achieve the purpose of keeping Satans in God’s family to disturb the work of God’s family. Therefore, the principle of love is applied to those who can be saved but not to those irredeemable people, who can be handled according to the administrative principles of the church along with wisdom. To act in this way means to adhere to the principle. What is the second principle of being a leader or worker? They must handle problems fairly so that people will be convinced thoroughly, do things in strict accordance with the principles of the truth, and deal with problems according to the work arrangements. Whether this second principle can be upheld by someone is most crucial because it involves dealing with problems. Can a person handle problems if he does not have the truth? If you handle problems using the methods of the unbelievers and religious pastors, then you cannot solve them. No one will be convinced. Solving problems requires people to actually possess the truth. A person with the truth will call the two parties in conflict together and settle the dispute in a few words. By communicating a passage of the words of the truth to them, he will make both of them compliantly admit their problems, and by analyzing the problems to them, he will make them convinced. It is very easy for him to deal with it. If a person does not have the truth, he cannot see through the essence of the problems. He will say things that are so off track when he speaks. So people will not be convinced no matter how he talks. As a result, after he has handled the problems, not only will the problems not have been resolved, but it will have become more acute. Practical problems cannot be solved if you don’t have the truth, because neither side that has a problem is simple, nor are they simple people among those around them. Can you convince these people without the truth? Each of them has pretty good mental qualities. They are all eloquent in sermonizing and are submissive to no one. Therefore, when it comes to dealing with problems, whether someone has the truth or not is utterly revealed. If a leader can use the truth to resolve problems, such a leader is a veritable leader. Do you know what “a veritable leader” means? It means that he as a leader has the truth and reality, and he can really resolve problems. As a leader, this person is acknowledged and approved of by God. If a leader can use the truth to resolve problems, if he lives up to this principle and God’s chosen people confirm that and they are convinced of it, then such a leader is absolutely a veritable and genuine leader. If he can never live up to this principle—he can never use the truth to resolve problems—and the problems he has dealt with not only remain unresolved but become more hidden and acute, and the conflicts become greater, then this proves that this leader does not have the truth and reality. Although he cannot be labeled as a false leader, his lack of the reality of the truth is solidly confirmed. As he does not have the reality of the truth, he cannot do the work or resolve problems. If such a leader is not a false leader, what term should be used to describe him? He is a leader in name only. You cannot casually deem him to be a false leader. He is a person with good humanity who pursues the truth. His stature is just too small and his experience is too shallow. He is worthy of cultivation. However, he is a leader in name only, as he is unable to resolve problems with the truth at present. Is that an objective remark? The third principle is to treat people fairly. What does it reveal the most whether someone can treat people fairly or not? It reveals whether or not someone has a conscience, sense and humanity. Someone who truly has humanity can treat people fairly. Someone without humanity is unable to be fair or is even without fairness. What is someone without fairness capable of doing? He condemns others as he pleases, often suppresses others, and excludes people at any time. He implements suppression on anyone whom he finds disagreeable. If the person he suppresses resents and resists him, then he will implement condemnation on him. If the person he has condemned is disgruntled and bold enough to stand up against him, then he will expel such a person like a wicked person. Can someone like that bring all those who can be saved to God? Before he can bring them before God, they will have been attacked and chased away by him. If ten of God’s chosen people were given to such a leader or worker, would he be able to bring five of them to God? Not even five. Half of them would be attacked and chased away by him. Isn’t this an evil servant? Therefore, those who cannot treat people fairly at least have poor humanity. In more serious cases, they are wicked people. What kind of people do God’s chosen people approve of the most? Someone said, “God’s chosen people most prefer someone who always agrees with them and satisfies them, someone who never offends anyone. Such a person is bound to be most popular and prestigious.” Is this correct? If someone has been a leader for three to five years and hasn’t offended anyone, what happens finally? As he doesn’t have the reality of the truth and cannot resolve problems with the truth, under his leadership, God’s chosen people have not made any progress in their three to five years of believing in God. Can they still support such a leader? Pleasant language alone cannot maintain one’s reputation. He needs to do something practical. If you truly have the reality of the truth, if you practice righteousness and treat others fairly and you prune and deal with them and discipline them strictly, thereby guiding them to enter onto the right track of believing in God, can they still oppose you? How can they not support you? They will support you all the more because you have helped them to attain salvation. God’s chosen people know what is good for them. They know too well how much truth you provide to them and whether or not you can guide them to the right path. Therefore, if any of God’s chosen people, after going through much pruning and dealing from you, has gained the truth and entered into reality in the end, he will be in favor of and grateful to you, his leader. No matter how harsh your words were at the time you pruned and dealt with him, he will not hate you. He will say, “The way this person led me was so good. I was so corrupted. Had it not been for his leadership, I would have been done for. I could not have taken the right path in believing God.” He will be more grateful to you. If you have genuine love for God’s chosen people, no matter how you help them, when results are really achieved and they are on the right path, they will be grateful to you. They have a conscience, and they know what is good for them. Therefore, it is most important to do some practical work. Some people think that pruning, dealing with and being stern to people is harmful to them. It is their notion to think like this and it is wrong. If you don’t believe it, look at this case: When you see that someone behaves absurdly or perhaps he is about to do something wicked, you say something particularly harsh that strikes at where he was vulnerable. He is particularly ashamed at the time and he does not dare to do evil. Afterward, he reflects upon himself, and takes the right path. No matter how much he hated you at the time you said harsh words to him, he would be grateful to you eventually. Is this correct? Therefore, you have to follow the principle of love for the sake of God’s chosen people. For their well-being, you can do whatever that is suitable as long as there is no malice within you. This is all within the scope of love. Some people do not work like this. They have Satan’s philosophy of life. There is a hidden dagger behind their smiling face. Beneath their affable veneer is a malicious heart. For instance, when you don’t have any reality of the truth, what will they say to you? “Oh, you are a very nice person who pursues the truth. You have progressed so fast during this time. You have the truth and reality now.” You become conceited and arrogant when you hear this, thinking, “I have the reality of the truth, for my leader has said so.” Is this any help for you with love? Isn’t it a ruinous trap for you? It is Satan’s trickery! Is it good to tell lies? Isn’t he who always lies a devil? There is a hidden dagger behind his smiling face and poisons in his mellifluous words. Such a person is purely a demon. Speak the truth and act honestly, and you will be admired by people in the end when they see you are an honest person, regardless of how you have treated them externally. Isn’t it right? If we put a politician or a king of devils in the church now, there would surely be many people who adore him. However, after adoring him for three to five years, when they discover that this devil does not have a shred of the truth or humanity, they would be more and more disgusted with him. In the end, they would still support someone who is to all appearances simpler and quite sincere and guileless, whose caliber seems to be modest, but who is quite honest and loving and is a person who pursues the truth. They would increasingly lean toward this person who truly pursues the truth. Although from all appearances, he is not great, there will be more and more reality of the truth in his inner humanity. To all appearances, those kings of devils are great men, but they are despicable villains in essence. They are demons that are increasingly hated by people. God uses Satans to render such service to let His chosen people grow in discernment and see the significance and value of pursuing the truth. In the church, are you still adoring those who are knowledgeable and always putting up a great facade? After contacting them for some time, you will be disgusted with them. People with the truth and humanity have normal interpersonal relationships with others. They are able to treat people fairly and impartially. When seeing things, they can first make a thorough investigation. They don’t judge or condemn anything when they are not clear about it. They are able to get along with people according to principles. Such people have humanity. For example, if someone says, “That man judges God’s work,” how would a person with the truth see it? A person who has the truth wouldn’t just listen to a one-sided statement. He would ask, “How did that person judge God’s work? Tell me about it.” He would look at things according to the truth and demand to examine the facts. He wouldn’t talk carelessly. Does anyone who freely judges and arbitrarily condemns others have the truth? People who, when seeing a single thing, can put a label on others and condemn them by applying rules blindly have no truth. If nothing someone does is in line with the truth, does this person have humanity? No, he doesn’t. Whoever has no truth has no humanity. This is a correct viewpoint on looking at this matter. Supposing there are two people condemning each other vigorously. The first condemns the second as the devil, and the second condemns the first as a wicked person in return. The first again condemns the second as an antichrist. Do you think that these two people have the truth? There is no truth in anyone who is apt to freely judge and condemn others. Moreover, what about his humanity? He is vicious, and he is ferocious in disposition! Then someone says, “If I really find an antichrist or a wicked person, can’t I deem them just like that?” If you really discover them, you can only qualify them as such after accurate examination. Even after qualifying them as such, you cannot casually say so. There must be an occasion for due process rather than a verbal statement that they are an antichrist or a demon. What is the use of telling people all day that they are an antichrist or a demon? Can it resolve any problem? If you are a wise man, after spotting it and identifying it, you should keep it in your heart, and find a way to properly resolve the problem. At a certain time, you can say, “This person is a wicked man, an antichrist. I have been observing his behavior for more than a year now. I am sure of this now. There is a factual basis.” Then you can find the suitable people to discuss for solutions. This is called being principled. Those who like to clamor in the church, deeming this one to be a wicked person and that one an antichrist or a false leader, have a bad disposition and no humanity! When you blindly condemn others, have you spotted it clearly? Have you investigated it? How much factual basis do you have? Does one mistake make someone a false leader? Does one judgmental word make someone a person who judges God’s work? You are labeling people blindly! You condemn people on the finding of a single fact. Is a single fact an occasional transgression or their consistent behavior? They are two different things. Do not blindly apply rules and put a label on someone upon finding one wrong thing he did or one wrong statement he made. Isn’t this condemning people? Does it conform to the principle of love? Is it in line with God’s will? God’s will is to save people to the fullest extent possible. Being with you, everyone is condemned, and everyone becomes a devil, an antichrist. Doesn’t God know people have a corrupt disposition that resists God? Why does God still want to save these people? It is because though they have been so deeply corrupted by Satan that they have become ones who betray God, they can accept the truth and accept God’s word. That is why God has come to save them, and He will cleanse these people by judgment, chastisement and various trials and refinements. For what reason do you keep condemning these people? If you only go by certain behaviors and transgressions of people, not a single person can be saved. Why does God still want to save people? God is saving people to the fullest extent possible. Tell me, if God condemned people, would there be anyone who can be saved? Then how should we treat people in God’s family? That is, no matter what people have misspoken and what wrongs they have committed, if they truly believe in God and accept the truth by nature, if they can realize their mistakes and true corrupt condition and willingly accept God’s judgment and chastisement, if they can obey without complaining about God, all such people can be saved and they must be kept. This is consistent with God’s principle of saving people to the fullest extent possible. If you seize on someone’s momentary transgression and condemn him, and believe that this person cannot be saved, everyone will be finished when such condemnation is implemented. Will there be anyone left to be saved? In the past, some false leaders expelled a third of the people in the churches under their leadership. There were even some who expelled a half of the people—five hundred out of a thousand people were expelled. According to them, no one except them could be saved, as if God had come to work this time to save them only. Is this the right opinion? For those service-doers, even if they can’t receive life, you must keep them, let them do service well and open up the way for them. Why don’t you allow them to remain in the church? Why do you condemn all those who can be saved and expel them from the church? Isn’t this disturbing and interrupting God’s work? Is this the right principle of treating people? This is wrong. It contradicts God’s intentions and violates the principle of saving man to the fullest extent possible that God employs in His work. What kind of people will be eliminated in the end by God’s work? They are those who do not love the truth at all, those who do not accept the truth at all. Only such people will be eliminated. How do you determine who are such ones? If you discover that someone does not love the truth and does not accept the truth today, do you dare to say that he still won’t accept the truth a few years later? Do you dare to say that he still won’t accept the truth after he believes in God for three to five more years? Do you dare? If you dare not, why do you want to expel him? Why do you want to condemn him? If you do not dare to say it, then don’t expel him and don’t condemn him. You must help him with love. Some people only know to pursue the truth after having believed in God for eight to ten years. If you expelled them before that time, wouldn’t you ruin these souls? Even God is patient; He saves people with the greatest patience. Why can’t you be patient? Isn’t it because your heart is too vicious? Therefore, we must treat people with love. This principle is crucial! People without love do not have humanity. A person can only be condemned, segregated or expelled when the evidence against him is unambiguous, when he has led the church life for many years and undergone numerous times of pruning and dealing but he remains unrepentant, when the majority of God’s chosen people have confirmed that he was born this way, that he is irredeemable. However, it must be generally acknowledged that there is no result achieved in him after many years of saving efforts expended on him before he can be abandoned. Was it proved that there was no result achieved in the people whom you expelled after many years of saving efforts had been expended on them? If not, why were you in such a rush to expel and condemn them? What authority did you have to expel and condemn them? The working principles are so clearly written in the work arrangements. People just don’t see them and don’t know how to use them. They act according to their own will, but always feel that they are so intelligent and brainy. What kind of brain do you have? You feel that you are so intelligent while you glaringly resist God. Aren’t you so stupid? Someone who really has the truth does not freely condemn people, much less judge people. Whatever problem you bring before him, after he takes a look at it, he will examine the real situation. Even when he sees that it is a fact, he will not judge. Why? Mankind as a whole has been so deeply corrupted by Satan. Who has not made such mistakes? You have and so have I in the past. We are all the same. I have believed in God longer than you have. I had experienced God’s pruning, dealing, judgment and chastisement before I changed and broke free of Satan’s influence. That is why I don’t condemn anyone for any kind of transgression he committed, and I even give him a chance to repent. I will only replace him if it really doesn’t work with him. I usually do not expel him. So how does God’s family handle all the false leaders and false workers? Only those with the nature of wicked people are condemned as false leaders, false workers, or antichrists. Those who are not wicked people, those who have ordinary humanity, relatively good humanity, or relatively bad humanity, are not treated as wicked people. Only those false leaders and false workers who have malicious humanity, who are wicked people, are condemned and handled. After being handled, they are still given a way out to preach the gospel so that they can have a chance to atone for their sins. Only this is consistent with God’s principle of saving man to the fullest extent possible. So, do you know how to practice it now? Should people be treated fairly? Should you do work and handle things with the principle of love? People must have love. This is the first principle that leaders and workers should master. The second principle is to deal with problems justly. The third principle is to treat people fairly. If these three principles can be mastered by you leaders and workers at every level, then you will be able to stand firm, and it can be said that you will be able to become authentic leaders or workers.
