01Am I still fully saved if I have faith in the Lord but I’m constantly sinning?

The Lord Jesus did the work of redemption in the Age of Grace, redeeming mankind of their sins so they were no longer condemned and cursed under the law. Many people thus believe that we have been graced with salvation by believing in the Lord and having our sins forgiven, and when the Lord comes we’ll be taken straight up into the kingdom of heaven. But is that really true? While we are saved through our faith in the Lord, our sinful nature and satanic dispositions remain within us and we cannot help but sin and resist God. Does it really mean that people like us who are constantly sinning have been cleansed and fully saved? Will we really be able to get into the kingdom of heaven?

“Not every one that said to Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of My Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 7:21).

“Truly, truly, I say to you, Whoever commits sin is the servant of sin. And the servant stays not in the house for ever: but the son stays ever” (John 8:34–35).

“Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord” (Hebrews 12:14).

02What is obtaining full salvation?

What is full salvation? This actually refers to casting off sin and being cleansed. That is, those who are fully saved don’t just behave well on the outside, but their corrupt dispositions, like arrogance, conceitedness, crookedness, deceitfulness, selfishness, baseness, wickedness and greed have all been transformed. They are able to live entirely according to God’s words, and they can truly submit to and revere God. No matter what trials or hardships they face, they can stand witness for God, and they are able to love and satisfy God. They become incorruptible by Satan. Only this is full salvation.

“Blessed are they that do His commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city” (Revelation 22:14).

“He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches; He that overcomes shall not be hurt of the second death” (Revelation 2:11).

03How can full salvation be achieved?

Christ of the last days, Almighty God, expresses all truths which cleanse and save mankind. He is doing the work of judgment beginning with God’s house, exposing mankind’s satanic nature and corrupt essence, revealing to us His inherently righteous disposition and showing us the path to cast off sin so we can be purified and completely saved. As long as we keep pace with God’s work, accept and submit to God’s judgment, chastisement, trials, and refinement, then our corrupt dispositions can gradually be cleansed and changed, and ultimately we can be fully saved and enter the kingdom of heaven.
