159 Christ’s Humanity Is Directed by His Divinity
Intro
Christ’s humanity is governed by His divinity.
Though He is in the flesh, His humanity is unlike man’s.
Verse 1
His character is unique, governed by His divinity.
His divinity is not weak. The weakness is in His humanity.
And to a certain degree, it limits His divinity.
But such limits are all within a scope, time, and are not boundless.
Pre-chorus
When it’s time to do the work of His divinity,
it is done regardless of His humanity.
Chorus
The divinity of Christ directs His humanity.
All of His other actions, except for His normal life,
are entirely influenced, affected and directed
by His divinity, by His divinity.
Verse 2
Christ’s humanity won’t disrupt the work of His divinity.
It’s because His divinity does direct His humanity.
In His conduct before others, there’s immature humanity.
But this in no way affects the work of His divinity.
Pre-chorus
When it’s time to do the work of His divinity,
it is done regardless of His humanity.
Chorus
The divinity of Christ directs His humanity.
All of His other actions, except for His normal life,
are entirely influenced, affected and directed
by His divinity, by His divinity.
Bridge
When God says that Christ’s humanity is not corrupt,
He means that this humanity is led by His divinity,
with a higher sense than mankind.
His humanity is most suited to being led by His divinity.
It’s ablest to express work of divinity,
and ablest to submit to such work.
Chorus
The divinity of Christ directs His humanity.
All of His other actions, except for His normal life,
are entirely influenced, affected and directed
by His divinity, by His divinity.
The divinity of Christ directs His humanity.
All of His other actions, except for His normal life,
are entirely influenced, affected and directed
by His divinity, by His divinity,
by His divinity, by His divinity.
Outro
As God works in the flesh,
He never forgets the duty of a man of flesh.
He worships God in heaven with a true heart.
He has God’s own essence, identity.
