925 God Does Not Allow Satan to Arbitrarily Harm Those He Wants to Save
Verse 1
After Job’s trials and testimony,
God resolved to gain more like him,
not allowing Satan to attack man the same way it did to Job.
God fully forbade Satan from doing such things again
to man who is too weak, foolish and ignorant.
Pre-chorus 1
It was enough that Satan had already tempted Job.
God’s mercy saves man from the abuse of Satan.
Chorus
Those whom God will save and those who bear testimony
are the core and fruit of God’s management plan.
They’re the price of six thousand years of God’s efforts.
How could God just hand these men over to Satan?
Verse 2
The lives and all of those who follow God
are ruled and run by Him.
Satan cannot manipulate God’s chosen ones at will.
God knows man’s weaknesses, his ignorance and foolish ways.
In order to be fully saved, man must be handed over to Satan,
Pre-chorus 2
but God is not willing to see man fooled and abused.
He does not want to see man always suffering.
Bridge
Man was made by God, and God claims all
responsibility and authority over man and creation!
God does not let Satan abuse and mistreat man at will,
nor let it guide man astray or trample God’s laws of ruling.
God does not let Satan step on His sovereignty,
on His management and salvation of man.
Chorus
Those whom God will save and those who bear testimony
are the core and fruit of God’s management plan.
They’re the price of six thousand years of God’s efforts.
How could God just hand these men over to Satan?
