900 God Saves Man to the Utmost Limit

Intro

God’s work is of salvation,

He’ll never recklessly

strike down the people He wishes to save.

Verse 1

Some transgressions are with intent,

others involuntary.

If you can change once you realize,

will God smite you before that day?

Could God save people that way?

Pre-chorus

Whether you transgress

despite yourself or in rebellion,

you must wake up afterward.

No matter what happens, press onward.

Chorus

God did not come this time round

to strike people down,

but to save them this time around.

Who is entirely free of error?

If everyone were struck down,

then how would it be called “salvation”?

Verse 2

No matter your degree of change,

or how much you may transform,

even if God struck you down,

He would do it in righteousness.

When the time comes, He’d make you see.

Chorus

God did not come this time round

to strike people down,

but to save them this time around.

Who is entirely free of error?

If everyone were struck down,

then how would it be called “salvation”?

Bridge

You should strive for truth,

focus on life entry, fulfill your duty.

No matter how God treats you,

it will be righteous; do not doubt this.

Even if you can’t understand,

there’ll come a day when you do.

Chorus

God did not come this time round

to strike people down,

but to save them this time around.

Who is entirely free of error?

If everyone were struck down,

then how would it be called “salvation”?
