1014 The Beauty of the Kingdom
Intro
God moves above all men, watching everywhere.
No man and no thing is as they once were.
God rests upon His throne, lies ’cross the universe.
This is the final outcome of God’s present work.
Verse 1
God’s chosen ones regain their first form,
the angels are freed from pain,
just as God says, their countenance appears like
the holy one within man’s heart.
And since the angels serve God on earth,
and His glory spreads to the world,
heaven’s brought down to earth,
and earth up to heaven; they’re linked by man.
Pre-chorus
Heaven and earth, no longer asunder;
heaven and earth, joined as one.
Chorus
God and man will forever be in harmony.
God and man will always be in harmony,
never apart, never apart.
This is the beauty of the kingdom.
This is the beauty of the kingdom.
Bridge
Throughout the world there is only man and God.
Free of dirt and filth, all things are like new,
just like little lambs on the fresh green grass,
basking in God’s grace, enjoying all they can.
Verse 2
The greenness brings breath of life,
for God lives with man on earth for all time.
His tabernacle’s in the world of men,
God lives in Zion again. (It’s the defeat of Satan.)
This will be God’s day of rest,
proclaimed and commemorated by all.
His work on earth will end
when He’s at rest on His throne.
It’s this moment His mysteries are shown.
Pre-chorus
Heaven and earth, no longer asunder;
heaven and earth, joined as one.
Chorus
God and man will forever be in harmony.
God and man will always be in harmony,
never apart, never apart.
This is the beauty of the kingdom.
This is the beauty of the kingdom.
Outro
God moves above all men, watching everywhere.
