40 The World Is Falling! Babylon Is in Paralysis!
Verse 1
All celebrate the arrival of God’s day,
and the angels walk among mankind.
When Satan stirs trouble, the angels help God’s people
with their heavenly service.
Verse 2
Angels aren’t duped by the devil
because of man’s weakness; instead, they gain
greater experience of man’s life through the fog
when forces of darkness attack.
Pre-chorus 1
All submit beneath God’s name,
none rise to openly defy Him.
Thanks to the angels’ work, man accepts God’s name,
all join the stream of His work.
Chorus
The world is falling! Babylon’s in paralysis!
How could the religious world not be destroyed?
The world is falling! Babylon’s in paralysis!
How could the religious world not be destroyed
by God’s authority on earth?
Verse 3
Who dares to disobey, oppose God?
The scribes, the religious officials?
Or the rulers and authorities, authorities on earth?
Or could it be the angels?
Pre-chorus 2
Who does not celebrate that God’s body is perfect?
And who does not sing God’s praises endlessly?
Who is not always happy?
Chorus
The world is falling! Babylon’s in paralysis!
How could the religious world not be destroyed?
The world is falling! Babylon’s in paralysis!
How could the religious world not be destroyed
by God’s authority on earth?
