192 God’s Two Incarnations Can Both Represent Him
Verse 1
Back then, when Jesus came, He was male.
When God comes this time, He is female.
So, God made both species for His work,
and He makes no gender distinction.
God came in flesh twice to make His deeds known.
If He didn’t become flesh in this stage,
humankind would forever believe
that God is only male, not female.
Chorus
Every stage of God’s work has its practical meaning.
When God becomes flesh, either male or female
can represent God, can represent God.
Verse 2
At the time when Jehovah made man,
He made both male and female humans.
And so He comes as both man and woman
when He incarnates in the flesh.
The two times God becomes flesh are based on
His thinking when He first made humans.
He has incarnated twice in the form of
man and woman before they were corrupted.
Chorus
Every stage of God’s work has its practical meaning.
When God becomes flesh, either male or female
can represent God, can represent God.
Bridge
You did not understand in the past,
can you now go on blaspheming God’s work,
especially His incarnate flesh?
Hold your tongue if it’s unclear to you,
lest your foolishness be revealed
and your ugliness be exposed.
Chorus
Every stage of God’s work has its practical meaning.
When God becomes flesh, either male or female
can represent God, can represent God.
