707 A Change in Disposition Is Inseparable From Real Life

Spoken

In believing in God, if man desires to have change,

then he must not detach himself from the real life that he is in.

Verse 1

If you dwell on theories and religious ceremony,

but don’t enter into real life, you won’t enter reality,

you’ll never know yourself or know the truth or God.

You will remain ignorant, you will always remain blind.

Chorus

In real life, know yourself, forsake yourself,

and practice truth, learn rules and common sense

of self-conduct in all things.

These will help you achieve

gradual transformation, gradual transformation.

Verse 2

Those who disobey God cannot enter into real life.

Of humanity they speak, but demons they are like.

They all speak of the truth, but doctrines they live out.

Those who can’t live truth in life, God will shut them out.

Chorus

In real life, know yourself, forsake yourself,

and practice truth, learn rules and common sense

of self-conduct in all things.

These will help you achieve

gradual transformation, gradual transformation.

Verse 3

Practice your entry, know your flaws and disobedience,

your abnormal humanity, your weakness and ignorance.

Bridge

That way your knowledge is combined with your true state.

Such knowledge is real, allows you to grasp your condition

and achieve transformation.

Chorus

In real life, know yourself, forsake yourself,

and practice truth, learn rules and common sense

of self-conduct in all things.

These will help you achieve

gradual transformation, gradual transformation.
