Among those who seek life, Paul knew not his own essence.

He was neither humble, nor was he obedient,

not knowing how he opposed God.

And so, Paul was someone who failed to undergo

detailed experiences, who did not practice truth.

Peter was quite different.

Peter knew his weaknesses and his faults and corruptions.

Thus he had a path of practice to change his disposition.

He was not one full of doctrine but without reality.

When man measures others, it’s by their contribution.

But when God measures man, it’s by man’s own nature.

When man measures others, it’s by their contribution.

But when God measures man, it’s by man’s own nature.

Those who change are new, saved people,

qualified in seeking the truth,

while the people who don’t change are naturally obsolete.

They’re those who have not been saved.

They are detested by God, they are rejected by Him.

And it will not matter how great their work may be.

God will not remember them, who aren’t capable of change.

When man measures others, it’s by their contribution.

But when God measures man, it’s by man’s own nature.

When man measures others, it’s by their contribution.

But when God measures man, it’s by man’s own nature.

If there’s still no truth in what you seek,

if you’re still as arrogant and insolent,

as boastful and as glib as Paul was,

you are a failure, a degenerate.

But if you seek practice and true change,

like Peter, not arrogant or willful,

if you seek to perform your duty,

you’re God’s creature who can achieve victory.
