Man’s more distant and opposed to God

because man’s born into a land that’s filthy,

he’s been blighted by society,

he has been swayed by feudal ethics,

and trained in “schools of higher learning;”

man’s heart’s been invaded, conscience attacked

by backward thoughts, corrupt morality,

vile philosophies, worthless existence,

depraved customs, lifestyle, and mean views on life.

Those who live in darkness

don’t practice truth even when they hear it,

or seek God though they see His appearance.

How can mankind so depraved and decadent

have salvation and live in the light,

and live in the light?

Man’s disposition’s more vicious every day.

Not a single person willingly

wants to give up anything for God,

or obey Him and seek His appearance.

Instead they choose to pursue pleasure

under the domain of Satan,

give themselves over to the corruption

of the flesh in the land of mud.

Those who live in darkness
