Verse 1

There are no constraints when God appears

to enable Him to complete His work as planned,

just as when God became flesh in Judea

and with His crucifixion, redeemed all of man.

Verse 2

Yet the Jews believed this was impossible,

God could not become flesh and assume Jesus’ form.

Their “impossible” then was the basis on which

they condemned God, thus leading to Israel’s downfall.

Pre-chorus 1

Today many make similar errors to theirs,

saying God will appear while at once they condemn it.

Their “impossible” again limits His appearance

to what they can imagine.

Wherever God appears, there the truth is expressed,

and there the voice of God will be.

The only ones who hear will be those who accept the truth,

only by them can God be seen.

Verse 3

Many break into laughter on finding God’s words.

Is this any different from the Jews’ condemnation?

You are not reverent in the presence of truth,

still less possess yearning, you just study and wait.

What can you gain studying, waiting like this?

Do you think you’ll get personal guidance from God?

If you can’t discern God’s words,

how are you fit to witness His appearance?
