368 God Has Done Greater and Newer Work Among the Gentiles in the Last Days

Verse 1

You must read the Old Testament,

if you wish to see the work of the Age of Law,

how Israelites followed God’s way.

You must read the New Testament,

if you wish to know God’s work in the Age of Grace.

Verse 2

You must accept the leadership of the God of today,

if you wish to know the work of the last days.

You must enter into the work of today,

for it’s new work, not found in the Bible.

Pre-chorus 1

Today God’s become flesh, chosen ones in China,

working through these people on from the Age of Grace.

Chorus

People don’t know that God has done

greater, newer work on earth,

beyond Israel and the tellings of the prophets.

Oh, how marvelous! God’s work outside of prophecies,

beyond man’s imaginations, imaginations.

Verse 3

God’s work today’s a path man’s never walked or seen,

God’s latest work on earth never done before.

Who could have written about this in the Bible,

recorded in advance with nothing missing?

Verse 4

Who could record this greater work

defying convention in the moldy old book?

Today’s work is not history.

Go beyond the Bible to walk today’s new path,

beyond the prophecies and history.

Pre-chorus 2

You will be able to walk the path correctly,

enter in the new realm and His new work!

Chorus

People don’t know that God has done

greater, newer work on earth,

beyond Israel and the tellings of the prophets.

Oh, how marvelous! God’s work outside of prophecies,

beyond man’s imaginations, imaginations.

People don’t know that God has done

greater, newer work on earth,

beyond Israel and the tellings of the prophets.

Oh, how marvelous! God’s work outside of prophecies,

beyond man’s imaginations,

beyond man’s imaginations, imaginations.
