Though separated by seas and mountains,

we are one people—no boundaries between us,

with different colored skin and speaking different tongues.

Because Almighty God's words call to us,

we are raised up before God's throne,

Only by being pruned do we live out a human likeness.

We support each other in negativity and weakness.
