The supervisor said that Li Ping was a nonbeliever and asked him to write an evaluation of Li Ping. He was at first unable to accept this, thinking, “Li Ping has believed in God since she was young, always forsaking and expending of herself when performing her duty. She’s a true believer, and her humanity is very good; even if she often argues over right and wrong, she doesn’t deserve to be cleared out.” He was confused about it. By quietly seeking the truth before God, he came to understand the principles of discerning people and gained a direction in his actions.
