She is a church leader. To make her co-workers and brothers and sisters think she had a good humanity, she followed the moral standard of "Be strict with yourself and tolerant of others" in her interactions. When she saw co-workers doing their duties without a sense of burden, she did not point it out or offer help, instead, she proactively took on the work that was supposed to be their responsibility. As a result, her own primary duties were delayed. Is "Be strict with yourself and tolerant of others" truly a standard of good humanity?
