She was a church leader who focused only on her own duties. When seeing problems in the area her partners were responsible for, she ignored them, using her own busy workload as an excuse. This led to the wrong person not being dismissed in time, delaying work. Later, through reading God's words, she gained some understanding of her selfish nature and experienced some change.
