Christian Testimony Video | "Reflection on Repaying Kindnesses"
February 6, 2023
The main character received a letter informing him that the church was preparing documents to expel Zhang Hua. They asked him to write an evaluation of her. He wasn't pleased about doing that, as Zhang Hua had done him many favors in the past. Wouldn't tattling display a lack of gratitude? In the end, he did provide the evaluation, but still felt indebted to her. It wasn't until he read God's word that he saw the traditional idea of "repaying kindnesses" for what it was, and threw off its shackles, liberating himself.
